Hi Everyone,

My name is Christopher Antich and I want to say thank you for checking out this very important episode of People Talking Sitting Down (PTSD). If you are new here, People Talking Sitting Down is a men's mental health podcast, which started two years ago to raise awareness for the issues men deal with in silence, and to destigmatize men speaking up about their struggles.

The facts are scary, but they are real. 4 out of every 5 people who unalive themselves are men, even though women are more likely to seek help for their mental health. I was almost one of those people, and my 7 years of recovery and healing work led me to starting this podcast.

Through that journey, I had the great fortune of meeting Author Jim Rinere, also known by his pen name, James Francis. In this episode, you will have a shotgun seat to the emotional and traumatic roller coaster that Jim has overcome to still be standing here today. Our goal is to be candid and direct, for the sake of saving just one person from making a final choice on their life.

If you are thinking about doing it, I hope you watch this and reconsider. The world is a better place with you in it - and I know it may not seem that way right now.
