MY WHY:

I have always loved working in the food industry, server, bartender, and restaurant business. Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life.

WE ARE MAKING: Pastrami Egg rolls 🥖

Ingrediants:

• Pastrami
• Mozzarella
• Sauerkraut
• Eggroll Wraps

Instructions:

• Slice your cheese
• Drain your Kraut
• Separate your wraps
• Fill the wraps in the middle with all 3 ingredients
• Wrap= top down, side, side, bottom up
• Bake for 15 or less minutes until golden brown
• Enjoy!
