Alexia Cooper is a trailblazer in the construction and renewable energy industries. In 2020, she became Nevada’s youngest female C2 electrical license holder and was named to Forbes 30 Under 30 for Energy.
She’s a graduate of Oxford’s Advanced Management and Leadership Program and a Master Graduate of Rapport Leadership. As a trainer and mentor, she’s committed to helping others rise to their full potential.
Raised in Las Vegas, Alexia has always believed in thinking big and doing what others say can’t be done. After scaling a small HVAC company, she expanded into solar, eventually acquiring and leading Bell Electrical Systems before selling the company in 2023.
Today, she serves as the General Manager of ES Solar in Las Vegas, driving growth and advancing a more sustainable energy future—while mentoring the next generation of fearless leaders.
