  • Building On The Right Foundation | Elle Koelling | "Red Letter Summer" Pt. 12
    2026/08/31

What are you building your life on?

In this message, “Building on the Right Foundation,” we look at Jesus’ parable of the wise and foolish builders in Matthew 7:24–29. Both builders heard the words of Jesus. Both faced the storm. But only one house stood firm.

The difference wasn’t the storm—it was the foundation.

Jesus calls us to do more than simply hear His words. He calls us to know Him, obey Him, spend time in His Word and prayer, and surround ourselves with godly community. When we build our lives on success, approval, possessions, relationships, comfort, or anything other than Christ, we’re building on sand. But when Jesus becomes the foundation and cornerstone of our lives, we can stand firm through every storm.

The foundation you lay today determines the kind of house you have tomorrow.

Take a moment to ask yourself: What am I building my life on?

  • Raising Hell (I’m Angry) | Alex Gallien | "Red Letter Summer" Pt. 11
    2026/08/26

In this message, “Raising Hell (I’m Angry),” we dive into one of the most destructive emotions we all experience: anger.

After spending the past several weeks talking about mercy and forgiveness, this message looks at what Jesus teaches us to do with our anger—and what can happen when we allow anger to live within us unchecked.

In Matthew 5:21–22, Jesus takes the conversation beyond simply avoiding murder and challenges us to look deeper at what happens in our hearts. Anger, resentment, bitterness, and the ways we treat people can reveal something much deeper going on inside of us.

This message challenges us to recognize the ways anger can show up in our lives, understand the damage it can cause, and begin taking steps toward freedom from it. Following Jesus isn't just about changing our outward behavior—it's about allowing Him to transform what is happening in our hearts.

If you've ever struggled with anger, resentment, unforgiveness, or the desire to get even, this message is for you.

  • When Mercy Gets Messy | Alex Gallien | "Red Letter Summer Pt. 10
    2026/08/25

What does forgiveness really look like when the hurt is deep, the consequences are real, and reconciliation isn’t always possible?

In this message, “When Mercy Gets Messy,” we continue through Jesus’ teachings in the Red Letter Summer series by looking at His powerful words in Matthew 18:21–35. Through the Parable of the Unforgiving Servant, Jesus challenges us to recognize that the mercy we have received from God is meant to flow through us to others.

Forgiveness isn’t always easy or immediate. Sometimes it’s a long, painful process that requires us to repeatedly choose freedom over bitterness. But Jesus shows us that unresolved bitterness can become a self-inflicted prison—and that lasting freedom is found not only in receiving forgiveness, but also in extending it.

This message also explores what forgiveness does not mean. Forgiving someone doesn’t mean forgetting what happened, removing consequences, or automatically restoring a relationship. Mercy and justice can coexist, and forgiveness doesn’t require reconciliation in every situation.

Ultimately, we forgive because we have been forgiven. The cross of Jesus is the greatest picture of radical, undeserved mercy, and as we remember what Christ has forgiven us, we are empowered to extend that same mercy to others.

Whether you’re carrying anger toward someone who hurt you, struggling to forgive yourself, or simply trying to understand what biblical forgiveness looks like, this message is an invitation to begin the journey toward freedom.

“Father, forgive them. Father, I forgive them. In the same way You forgive me.”

  • Mercy People | Alex Gallien | "Red Letter Summer" Part 9
    2026/08/25

What does it look like to become people who are truly full of mercy?

In this message from Week 9 of our RLS series, we continue looking at the words and teachings of Jesus through the story of the Prodigal Son in Luke 15. While the younger brother’s return home beautifully displays the Father’s mercy, Jesus also draws our attention to the older brother someone who struggled to celebrate the mercy being shown to someone he believed didn’t deserve it.

This message challenges us to examine our own hearts. Are we willing to extend the same mercy we have received from God? What happens when we harbor grudges, keep score of other people’s failures, or allow our own sense of righteousness to become more important than compassion?

Jesus calls His people to something deeper: we should be scandalously full of mercy. Not simply toward people who have earned it, apologized, or made everything right, but reflecting the kind of mercy God has shown us.

And as a special celebration at the end of our gathering, we witnessed something beautiful: Jeff and Lynn were married! After years of walking with God, growing in their faith, and experiencing His transforming mercy, they chose to enter into a covenant marriage surrounded by the people who have walked alongside them.

Their wedding served as a powerful picture of the very truths we had been talking about God's transforming grace, covenant faithfulness, sacrificial love, forgiveness, and the way our lives can become a reflection of God's character.

As we follow Jesus, the question isn't only “Have I received God's mercy?” but also “Am I becoming a merciful person?”

  • The Forgotten Discipline | Alex Gallien | "Red Letter Summer" Part 7
    2026/08/25

What if one of the most important disciplines in the Christian life is also one of the most neglected?

In this message, "The Forgotten Discipline," we explore the biblical call to intentional discipleship—investing in others the way Jesus invested in His disciples and the Apostle Paul invested in Timothy. Following Christ isn't just about growing personally; it's about helping others grow in their faith as well.

Together, we look at what Scripture teaches about making disciples, why spiritual multiplication matters, and how every believer is called to pour into the next generation. Whether you're new to the faith or have walked with Christ for years, this message will challenge and encourage you to ask: Who am I investing in?

Join us as we rediscover God's heart for discipleship and take practical steps toward living out the Great Commission.

  • Death And Resurrection | Alex Gallien | "Apostles' Creed" Part 5
    2026/04/05

What was Jesus doing between the cross and the resurrection?

In this message, we step into one of the most overlooked — and powerful — parts of the gospel: “He descended into hell… and on the third day, He rose again.”

This isn’t just theology, it’s the story of a Savior who didn’t avoid darkness, but rather, stepped directly into the middle of it. Jesus didn’t just die for sin, He carried its full weight, defeated the powers of darkness, and walked out of the grave so that we could be forgiven and set free.

Because of His resurrection, you’re not just offered eternity with God, you’re invited into a brand new life right now. Freedom from sin. A fresh start. A life fully surrendered to Jesus as Lord. No matter how far gone you feel, Jesus is the God who goes all the way down to bring His people back up.

Watch now and discover the power of the gospel like never before.

  • The Crucified King | Alex Gallien | "Apostles' Creed" Part 4
    2026/03/29

In Week 4 of our Apostles’ Creed series, we step into one of the most sobering and central truths of the Christian faith: “He suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried.”

From Palm Sunday to the cross, we walk through the final week of Jesus’ life where the crowds that once shouted “Hosanna” turned into voices calling for His death. But what looked like defeat was actually Jesus doing what no earthly king ever could: defeating sin, Satan, and death itself.

And speaking of death, why did Jesus’ death have to be so brutal?

Why couldn’t God just forgive sin without the cross?

In this message, we unpack the weight of sin, the justice of God, and the beauty of the Gospel -- that Jesus became the perfect sacrifice in our place. Every lash, every nail, every moment of suffering wasn’t random… it was purposeful. He didn’t just die a death... He died your death so you could receive His life.

This is the story at the center of everything: The Crucified King.
