What do Broadway, Nashville songwriting, and Dungeons & Dragons have in common?

This week on Out of the Basement, we’re joined by Broadway performer and Nashville songwriter Warren Garrett to talk about his unexpected obsession with D&D, the changing Nashville live music scene, and how Lord of the Rings and Skyrim eventually led him into the world of tabletop RPGs.

From performing onstage to rolling dice with friends, Warren takes us inside the double life of a working musician and lifelong nerd.

This week on Out of the Basement, we’re joined by Raelynn Janicke, mastering engineer and operations manager at Infrasonic Sound in Nashville!

Raelynn has worked on music for artists like Zach Bryan, Benson Boone, Lake Street Dive, The Shins, Hudson Westbrook, and more. From studying computer science in New York to building a career in Nashville’s music industry, she’s got an incredible story.
