    "And the silver lining is that there's always a rainbow after a storm, and you will not be in that place of pain forever. I can assure you. There's always a bigger picture. And that pretty much is what I felt in my heart of reflecting that there will be better days. We just need to have faith and believe that God will change our story of sorrow into a story of joy. The process may be difficult, but at the end, it is all worth it."

    "You cannot allow the stressors of life to take control over you because you don't want to be drained, you don't want to feel overwhelmed, burdened, because it's not a good feeling where you have all that bottled up and then you're forced to slow down because you just can't keep going on. So this is something I live by every day. I practice self CareCare. Whether it's aromatherapy before bed or just journaling is a big part of my life."
