Hi…we are still alive!! We come back very loosie goosy and just have a good time. We talk a little MLB, golf, NFL, and our rotisserie draft. Bear goes off on gutless Jed (Hoyer) while Opi gives praises to the White Sox and their moves. We spend some time giving Grim and his Steeler fans shit about Rodgers but have a fun time with it, nothing gregarious. Then we chat about the Bears and the hope that most of us no longer have. Opi likes the Seahawks defense this year but is questioning the offense. And we get going on some very fun rotisserie talk about our draft and how much players cost, who paid too much for young talent.

The 2nd part of episode 187 and it's a little different but very light hearted and was a lot of fun. We spend most of the time talking turkey, literally, as we go into a big section speaking of the local cuisine here in the QC and what we like and don't like. It transcends into us putting the pictures of the food from the restaurants on the screen and chatting about them at length. Maybe it's not your cup of tea, maybe it is, but changing up a little and getting away from the world of sports was a nice change of pace for the team.

Oops dude…sorry Opi. We really open this just trashing the guy, after that, it's really just all over the place and we throw sports in there. AJ, Kipp, & Bear chat for a while. We rip open some baseball cards and go through them. Doesn't take long and we got some good cards. Then we just ramble about things. We talk about the guys jobs, Kipp's Only Fans, some baseball, NFL draft day, and then Ryan shows up and the gummies kick in and we do get off the rails a little. We do get our MLB predictions in with pretty much zero explanations and call it a night.

We just wanted to get together to make sure you guys didn't completely forget about us! We get some preseason baseball chat in and then follow up with some fun NCAA men's basketball talk and go over the auction that we do every year including the go over the how we do the money and payouts so it gives good context to a fun way to make the tournament a little more exciting. Then we go strong watching a turtle blow a fat load all over a group of redneck's patio. If you don't understand that last one, watch the YouTube video and be a little shocked/impressed if you've never seen that before. We finish with a little football offseason chat about the Bears and Seahawks moves.

Keep an eye on Bear during this one because he took a gummy about an hour before hand and though he doesn't feel the buzz that much, it definitely hit him as his body freezes up a few times throughout this episode. We just talk football for the most part. We brief on a couple other subjects and Ryan starts us with some headlines which we've come to enjoy. We do get both sides of the coin on the SB Halftime show since Ryan & AJ enjoyed but Opi & Bear were not as impressed…."GET OFF OUR LAWN!!" On a more serious note, at about the 14:27 mark, we have a moment of silence and an off-camera toast to a close podcast friend, Michael Hawkes, who passed away on this date, February 12th, 10 years ago…miss ya buddy! This one is short and sweet and ends with Eddie George highlights!

We DID IT!! We have good sound! We have good video!! We have a friggin MIRACLE!! Hopefully, we can keep that rolling but of course, no promises. Along with the weird idea that the technology actually worked, we spend most of this one just off the cuff chatting about the FBFL Meeting, our fantasy Basketball league, putting the fantasy Baseball league together and you get to witness AJ kicking his cousin out of the league, we then talk about the names of Opi's daughter's team since she'll be taking the team over, Myles Garrett to the Bears possibilities, NBA trades, the difference between Travis & Jason Kelce, and of course the Super Bowl. This week's highlights goes to the one year wonder…but what a year it was…Peyton Hillis!

OK, we officially hate technology. From a podcast standpoint, all is good. The sound was good this week and everyone was able to be heard. From a YouTube standpoint, not so good. Our "server" for video has gone to hell in a hand basket and you get still frames throughout the whole video with a change in still frame every few minutes. Time for new hardware again. We chat about the coaching hirings that occurred this week. We chat about the MLB Hall of Fame voting, with a little bit of bitching. We talk about the Brewery protection predictions this time along with some NFL Predictions and how we felt about last week's games. This week's NFL RB highlight reel is BEAST MODE! I swear to GOD we can't get anything to work right anymore. Bear turned on surround sound 2.1 on the software and put a delay in to synch our mouths and for some reason, that froze the video completely…. Technology is great when it works which we're finding is very seldom.

We also miss AJ & Ryan as Ryan was home with a sick child…again, and AJ slept through his alarm…again. We do give our protection predictions for the Distillery league, otherwise known as the B league. We also chat about the Steelers being fed up with Tomlin, the Bears coaching search, free agent QBs, and a plethora of stuff that is absolutely titillating. And if all you care about is the NFL song and highlight, this week, single season yard record holder…still…Eric Dickerson!
