Esther Gammage is the founder of Esther Ruth Consulting, a practice dedicated to empowering leaders to unlock their potential, build confidence, and create thriving, people-first workplaces. With more than 20 years’ experience in HR and nearly a decade specialising in leadership coaching, she brings both deep commercial insight and a strong belief that effective leadership begins with service.
Inspired by the principles in Leaders Eat Last by Simon Sinek, Esther works with leaders to move beyond traditional management and instead lead through support, empathy, and inspiration. Her work focuses on helping individuals and organisations cultivate emotionally intelligent, resilient leadership that drives engagement, trust, and sustainable success.
Through Leadership and Confidence Coaching, Leadership Development programmes, ADHD Coaching, and Fractional HR Business Partner consultancy, Esther supports leaders in building authentic confidence, developing inclusive and high-performing teams, and embedding neuroinclusive, people-centred cultures.
A passionate advocate for women in leadership, she also works with women rebuilding their confidence after toxic workplaces, helping them reclaim their voice, power, and leadership legacy.
Alongside her consulting work, Esther is a public speaker on topics including wellbeing, confidence-building, and inclusive leadership strategy.
