Welcome back To the Table. Do you ever feel like youknow the right thing to do, but there’s another option that feels better? Or maybe you don’t know what to do, but your natural tendency is not usually the best way forward. Colossians 3 is for us – we are saved by grace through faith in Jesus, raised to new life with Him. We need to consciously lay aside, or put to death, ourselves and put on the characteristics of Christ. We need a lot of reminding and a lot of help, but if we make the choice to follow Jesus, others will see his love through us.

Galatians 2:20 - I have been crucified with Christ andI no longer live, but Christ lives in me. The life I now live in the body, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.

Romans 6:12-14 - Let not sin therefore reign in yourmortal body, to make you obey its passions. Do not present your members to sin as instruments for unrighteousness but present yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life, and your members to God as instruments for righteousness. For sin will have no dominionover you, since you are not under law but under grace.

Colossians 3:23 - Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men.
