Of Silk and Soil is a space for the woman who feels the quiet pull to come back to herself. It is a return to the body, to the womb and to the rhythm that lives beneath the noise of everyday life.

Through womb wisdom, feminine energetics and honest, grounded conversations, this podcast gently guides you back to the woman within. The one who hasn’t disappeared, only been buried beneath expectations, roles and the pace of life.

This is not about becoming someone new. It is a remembering. A soft unravelling of who you have been taught to be and a reclamation of your truth, your rhythm and your way of moving through the world.

This space is for the woman who feels disconnected from herself, who senses there is more to how she is living and who is ready to return to her own body, her own rhythm and her own inner knowing.

You are not lost. You are returning.

  • Ep 22: Feminine Flow: Consistency on Your Own Terms
    2026/07/14

There is a lot of talk about feminine flow. But what does it actually look like in real life, especially when you have a to-do list, a four-year-old and a business to run?

In this episode of Silk and Soil I am getting into the practical, lived reality of what it means to work with your feminine flow rather than against it.

Not the polished version. The real one.

The brain dumps and the morning sits, the posts that take two hours on the wrong day and fifteen minutes on the right one, the slow unlearning of linear thinking that was never designed for the way we are actually built.

I talk about what helped me move from living entirely in my head to genuinely feeling into what wants to come through and why that shift, as simple as it sounds, changes everything about how you show up in your life and your business.

I also share why being in your feminine flow does not mean abandoning structure, it means making the structure work for you, not the other way around.

And yes, there is a little announcement at the end. One that feels entirely in alignment with everything this episode is about.

  • Ep 21: Walking the Streets My Ancestors Ran: Returning to the Land of My Lineage
    2026/06/30

This episode is still very much alive in me as I record it. Still landing, still settling. And that is exactly why I wanted to share it now, in the raw, rather than after the fact.

Before we left for our family road trip to the south of France, I knew something big was coming. I could feel it. The area we were travelling to is Cathar country, land that is deeply woven into my lineage and something in me knew that this trip was going to go far beyond a family holiday.

    And it did.

In this episode I share what came up on the road, the overwhelm that arrived before we had even crossed into France, the feeling of hitting a ceiling within myself, the emotions that moved through me like waves as we drove deeper south.

I talk about the moment my feet touched the sand and something in me finally settled. And I share what happened when we visited Minerve, an ancient Cathar village in the mountains, where something in my lineage quietly, unmistakably, activated.

This episode is not a travel diary. It is an honest account of what it feels like to physically return to the land your ancestors walked, to receive what that land has been holding for you and to begin the slow, unglamorous work of letting it integrate.

It is also a reminder that the deepest shifts we experience do not happen all at once. They happen in stillness, in presence, in the quiet moments when we finally stop filling the silence and let ourselves be heard by ourselves.

Wherever you are on your own journey home, I think there is something in this one for you.

I'd love to know what you thought of today's episode

  • Ep 20: Perimenopause Diaries: Nourishment, Anxiety & Becoming Myself
    2026/06/23

This episode is a raw, in the moment update, shared exactly as it is, because that is the only way I know how to do this.

Last month, my perimenopause symptoms knocked me sideways. Extreme exhaustion, hunger that would not quit, days spent on the sofa. This month, I made changes, prioritising protein, sleep and daily movement and I wanted to sit down and honestly reflect on what shifted, what did not and what new symptoms have shown up to get my attention.

Because that is the thing about this journey. Just when you think you have found your footing, something new surfaces.

In this episode I share my honest month-by-month experience of perimenopause, what I have changed in terms of nourishment and lifestyle and how that has made a real difference and what I am still figuring out. I also talk about something that feels just as significant as the physical symptoms: The way this threshold is stripping back the layers of who I thought I had to be and the quiet but unmistakable feeling of just becoming more myself.

This is not a guide. There are no tidy answers here. It is simply one woman's honest account of navigating this threshold in real time because I believe that is exactly the kind of conversation we need more of.
