    Zach likes to periodize his carbohydrate intake depending on his training demands. We talk about when and why he choses to up his carbohydrate intake both during training as well as in his diet.

    This is my first episode out with a product creator. I'm fascinated with product innovation, especially during these last few years. The sports nutrition landscape is certainly not stagnant right now.
