At this age after dating and being in relationships, I can honestly say romantic love has taught me more about myself than I ever expected!

Relationships are mirrors!! They reflect your communication style, your emotional patterns, your triggers, your expectations, and the places where healing is still needed. And if we’re being honest, sometimes it’s uncomfortable to look at what that mirror is showing.

In this episode, we talk about what happens when you stop blaming and start reflecting. The ways relationships expose how we handle conflict, disappointment, vulnerability, and validation. The difference between chemistry and alignment. Why shared values matter more than sparks. And why love is never meant to be carried by one person alone.

Romantic love at its best doesn’t complete you — it complements you! It asks you to grow. It asks you to communicate. It asks you to know yourself well enough to show up whole instead of losing yourself in the process.
