At this age after dating and being in relationships, I can honestly say romantic love has taught me more about myself than I ever expected!

Relationships are mirrors!! They reflect your communication style, your emotional patterns, your triggers, your expectations, and the places where healing is still needed. And if we’re being honest, sometimes it’s uncomfortable to look at what that mirror is showing.

In this episode, we talk about what happens when you stop blaming and start reflecting. The ways relationships expose how we handle conflict, disappointment, vulnerability, and validation.
