Welcome to New England Legends From the Vault – FtV Episode 190 – Jeff Belanger and Ray Auger explore Capitol Park in Augusta, Maine, searching for the final resting place of Gov. Enoch Lincoln, who died in office in 1829. A stately tomb was erected for him in 1842 in the park across the street from Maine's Capitol Building. The only problem is, in 1986 during an inspection of the tomb, workers discovered his body and casket were gone! This episode first aired May 16, 2019

We hike up Mt. Washington to the Lakes of the Clouds Hut located in the saddle between Mt. Washington and Mt. Monroe in the White Mountains of New Hampshire. The hut exists because of a tragic accident that took place there in June of 1900. Today they say the hut is haunted by the victim.

In December of 1872, the Mary Celeste was found wandering the seas by the Azures Islands in the Atlantic Ocean. When the Brig Dei Gratia approached, the crew could see there was no one on board the Mary Celeste. Nothing was stolen or missing, the ship was in good order, but the captain and crew had vanished.
