Today I am joined by a special guest, Jon Bailey. He has an incredible story of going from working 3 labor-intensive jobs to living his dream. And then he found himself tipping the scales at over 300 pounds. If you have ears, you have heard our guest at one point in your life.

From commercials to promos to cartoons to, well, you name it, he has been there and said that. He is the Epic Voice of the Emmy nominated Honest Trailers. He voices Optimus Prime in Transformers Combiner Wars. He has also contributed to XCOM, Dishonored 2, Marvel V Capcom: Infinite, Halo Wars 2, and more! During the episode, we discuss how he lost 150 pounds, including 100 pounds over the past 7 months. We also touched on the years of weight fluctuations, and how to deal with changing your life when it just needs to happen.
