In this first episode of the North Carolina Health Policy Forum from the North Carolina Medical Journal, host Kaitlin Ugolik Phillips interviews Dr. Elizabeth (Betsey) Cuervo Tilson, State Health Director and the Chief Medical Officer for the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, about Healthy North Carolina 2030, a project to improve 21 health indicators in our state.
