N2N 122 ... Sales 101 Learning To Leverage & Sell the Value YOU Bring To the Table!

  • What do people buy? How do you get them to list with you or choose you to represent them as a buyer? The answer, like many, is simple but not easy! They are looking to buy/purchase something they value and they want a solid ROI for the amount of money they are going to pay!

    This is a three step process to get to a mastery level. Good news is you will have a decidedly unfair advantage over the competition when you own this skill set!

    • Step 1 ... completely understand and own the value(s) you bring to the table! In this podcast we help get you started by categorizing and quantifying 3 different levels of value as well as understanding 2 different levels of leverage!
    • Step 2 ... ask the questions in the qualifying stage of the sales process to identify what is it that they value! It doesn't matter what you think is important. What matters is what they want from their agent or what they value! NOTE: No two clients ever want exactly the same thing!
    • Step 3 ... clearly and effectively communicate and demonstrate to them that you are the one to deliver the exact value they seek from an agent!

    See ... simple! Know what you do that brings value, find out what they value and put the pieces together for them. Then, of course, deliver what you say you will!!!
