    My head and my body are separated from each other in terms of mood. While my head knows that everything is fine and I'm happy, my body grumbles to itself and doesn't feel the joy. Unfortunately, this shows clearly on my face and I look like I've been out in the rain for three days.

    And so far, nothing has helped me.
