Long time no chat guys. I took a bit of a hiatus and I thought I would share the reason why. Disclaimer this episode mentions self harm, death, loss and suicide listener discretion is advised. I thought long and hard about whether I release this episode as it is very personal and not something I make very public. But here it is my truth, my very real and raw view.
