Ella Langley poured her heart out in a raw, emotional recap of her sold-out hometown shows in Auburn, Alabama — the very place where her music journey began. Returning to Neville Arena, where she once watched basketball games and danced in high school competitions, she called it a lifelong dream come true. The video captures her pre-show ritual, including a powerful prayer with her team, as she reflects on ten years of growth, faith, and resilience amid fame and mental health struggles. She shared gratitude for her journey, especially before performing “Loving Life Again,” a song about finding peace. With “Choosin’ Texas” now at 1 for 21 weeks and rumors swirling about breaking Mariah Carey’s record, Ella Langley is proving herself one of country music’s biggest forces right now.

Gavin Adcock drops the mic on his feud with Zach Bryan — but not before hinting they might actually collaborate. During a radio interview, when pressed about a potential track, Adcock didn’t shut it down, saying his past critiques were about behavior, not career moves. He also wished Bryan well after last year’s struggles. “We’ll see,” he said — leaving the door wide open for an unlikely musical reunion.

Rivers Cuomo, Weezer’s frontman, stunned Jimmy Fallon in a full-gold ensemble for their new ‘The Gold Album’—but the real story? His wild teenage past in a progressive metal band called Avant Garde. Back in the ’80s, Rivers rocked epic hair and idolized Metallica, Queensrÿche, and Fates Warning, practicing obsessively and sending demos hoping for fame. They were mocked as “weird guys who did music,” but by senior year, they earned begrudging respect. After moving to LA under the name Zoom, they fizzled out—until Rivers found stardom with Weezer. One ex-bandmate admitted they “just kind of sucked,” too focused on shredding over songwriting. Turns out, sometimes simplicity and melody are the secret sauce to lasting success.

Celeste Rivas Hernandez’s parents have filed a devastating new lawsuit against singer D4vd, his mother, and managers, accusing them of negligence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and intentional infliction of emotional distress after her death at 14. The suit alleges Burke began abusing her in November 2023, manipulated her with a hidden phone, arranged secret travel, and ultimately stabbed her in April 2025 to conceal the abuse — her remains later found decomposed in his Tesla. Defendants include Burke’s companies and his mother, accused of enabling isolation and failing to protect the minor. This follows a Rolling Stone exposé and the family’s public demand for the death penalty, seeking triple damages amid claims of cover-up.

Phil Manzanera’s prog-rock band Quiet Sun is back, reimagining their lost 1975 album Mainstream with remastered tracks, unreleased gems, and a companion book — and they might just be getting started. Formed in the ‘60s with members who’d later join Gong and This Heat, the group split in ‘71 but reunited briefly to record Mainstream, which featured wild song titles and Brian Eno’s early production magic. Though it was their only album, Quiet Sun built a global cult following thanks to their musicians’ other legendary projects. Revisiting the original analog tapes, the band was stunned by how tight they sounded after five years apart — prompting a full reissue package. Even more exciting? They’ve already begun recording new material together, hinting this could be the start of something big.

Mike D drops his first solo album, Thank You, 40 years after Beastie Boys’ debut—inspired by watching his kids in the studio and channeling his old-school vibe with quirky gear. He shares a heartfelt memory of meeting Dolly Parton at her birthday party, where legends like Bob Dylan and Dionne Warwick were present, praising her grace and professionalism. With Dolly’s recent passing at 80, Mike pays tribute to her as a legendary songwriter and humanitarian. This marks his first major release since 2011’s Hot Sauce Committee Part Two, following the tragic loss of MCA. He performed tracks “Make It Stop” and “That’s Right” on late-night TV, and the 13-song album includes singles like “Switch Up” and “True Colors.”
