The Chicago River Killer may or may not be "real". The police don't think there is any connection regarding various people being found in the Chicago River and Lake Michigan under suspicious circumstances, however, especially in the more recent years the victims have many similarities in regards to their physical appearance and when and how they died. You decide! This is our flagship episode, we both, unknowingly, picked the same topic - Is that what happens when you've shared a womb!
