• Turning Pain into Purpose, Passion and Impact with Jesse Torres
    2025/11/05
About Jessie Torres My journey has been one of Sexual abuse with my father, the loss of My two brothers to murder, 30 years apart, and an 18 year marriage of mental, emotional & verbal abuse that left me completely apathetic, emotionless and spiritually dead. As someone who has lived with fear every day, I was driven to discover the truth of the reason I had not only experienced this, but how did I allow it. I have created a life of facing challenges over and over again. If it scared me, I put myself on the front lines , because I was afraid of everything. In my marriage I was so kept and controlled that I didn’t even know how to drive out of the city I was living in. I was terrified to do things on my own. My ex ran from everything and turned me financially upside down. I was in massive survival, however, from that survival, I had no other choice than to make things happen and take care of my kids and with a Fierce desire, I built a muscle of knowing and understanding that the limitation in our lives is only the “belief” that there is one. Our limitless capabilities are within reach and our human potential is boundless and awaiting for our calling. Challenging myself to do things I was fearful of gave me a unique perspective as to how to see challenges in our lives. Learning to push through my own fears with Grace, taught me how to help others identify and push through theirs as well. I see trauma and our pain from our past, completely differently now. I believe that there is a Divine Choreography in our lives and that God doesn’t waste the pain, only we do if we choose to. I believe that the depth of our darkness is converse to the height of our light and if you can see the other side of the story, you can be witness to the beautiful soul in the arena of your life as the brave one that got back up in the moments of deep despair. With that acknowledgement you can be witness to the courage, resilience, strength, determination, etc. that ALSO, took place in the darkest moment. When we are able to be witness to the gift the pain/trauma gave us, the muscle that we built, we can see ourselves as the Victor not the Victim. We can fall in love with that version of us versus judge the part of us that we felt was weak. We can forgive those that signed up with us to be the adversity in our lives so that we can build the muscle that we were called to build in our contract with God. I see all of my past with grateful lenses. I do my best to live my life with a driven purpose of serving people to come home to their Divinity and magnificence. That they are the Divine perfection that they were upon taking their first breath and that nothing has changed except the belief. I see the world and people through the eyes of love. I had to find this deep within myself before I could see it in others. I had so much self hatred for being at fault of my dad’s abuse and then my marriage. I lived with massive amounts of shame and unworthiness. Survival was my home and getting by, was breathing. Now I live in acceptance of all the traits, actions and celebrate my resilient spirit. My relationship with my children is one of the things I am most proud of as they are here as beacons of light as well. They are often my why, them and my Brother who passed and my brother that I still pray for and have visions of bringing him on stage with me one day. (I am updating this piece as my little brother that I was excited to bring on stage, was also murdered, November 2022) Another upper cut to my life, yet this time, I had to eat my own medicine and search for the light in my anguish. It is always there. I know that the depth of my pain was an example of how deeply I loved. With this as my driving force, I now live a committed life of passion, purpose and impact. I will do all I can to create the biggest impact that I can make in shifting humanity, in a way that I as one person can. I will help people identify what is preventing their limitless journey and h...

  • Motivation From Not Letting Fear Control You
    2025/11/03
Fear is powerful. It can whisper lies that keep us small, convincing us that comfort is safer than courage. If we’re not careful, fear can quietly take control—shaping our choices, limiting our potential, and keeping us stuck in the familiar. It disguises itself as logic, caution, or timing, but underneath it all is the same message: stay where you are. The truth is, fear isn’t always the enemy—it’s often the signal that we’re stepping into something greater. Fear shows up when we’re on the edge of growth, when the old version of us is fading and a new one is being formed. Transformation never happens in comfort. It happens in the tension between who we are and who we’re becoming. When you feel fear rise up, don’t retreat—reflect. Ask yourself what it’s trying to teach you. Instead of letting fear control you, let it guide you toward awareness and courage. Growth and fear walk hand in hand. You can’t have one without the other. So the next time fear appears, take it as confirmation that you’re moving in the right direction. Because fear isn’t a stop sign—it’s proof that you’re evolving into the person you were meant to be. linkwithsean.com

  • How To Live Intentionally
    2025/10/31
Life moves fast, and most of us live as if we have all the time in the world. We rush through our mornings, overlook small moments, and tell ourselves we’ll get to what really matters someday. But the truth is, we never know when the last time for anything will be—the last conversation, the last hug, the last sunset we’ll see. That uncertainty isn’t meant to create fear; it’s meant to awaken us to live with intention. Living with intention means showing up fully in every area of your life—with purpose in your words, presence in your relationships, and gratitude in your actions. It’s about being aware that every choice is shaping your legacy, every moment is a chance to love deeper, and every day is a gift you’ll never get back. When you live intentionally, you stop taking time for granted. You start saying what you mean, doing what matters, and letting go of what doesn’t. You realize that ordinary moments are sacred when lived on purpose. So slow down. Breathe. Pay attention. Because one day, “someday” will be gone—and the way you chose to live today will be all that remains. linkwithsean.com

  • How To Not Label Yourself
    2025/10/29
Labels can feel safe. They give us identity, belonging, and a sense of control in a world that’s constantly shifting. But when we start defining ourselves by those labels—our past, our mistakes, our titles, or even our struggles—we unknowingly place limits on who we can become. The moment you say, “I’m just this kind of person,” you build a wall around your potential. Labels can create comfort, but they can also create cages. You are not your job. You are not your failures. You are not the opinions of others. You are a living, growing creation designed for purpose—one that can’t be confined to a single definition. When we release the need to label ourselves, we make room for transformation. We become flexible, open, and available to divine direction. Growth requires space, and labels steal that space from us. So stop boxing yourself in. Let go of the need to be something the world can easily understand. You are becoming someone the world has never seen before. Don’t let a label stop you from discovering who that is. You weren’t created to fit in—you were designed to unfold, evolve, and rise into the fullness of who you were meant to be. linkwithsean.com

  • Have You Ever Prejected Your Own Story
    2025/10/27
Many of us become master storytellers—not of truth, but of protection. We build narratives to shield ourselves from the sting of rejection, the ache of abandonment, or the weight of failure. When pain feels too heavy, we rewrite the script in our minds. We tell ourselves we didn’t want that relationship anyway. That opportunity wasn’t meant for us. That dream was unrealistic. These stories keep us safe… but they also keep us stuck. By projecting our own story, we create distance between who we are and what we feel. It’s easier to control the version of reality we tell ourselves than to sit in the discomfort of vulnerability. But healing never happens in avoidance—it happens in honesty. The moment we stop projecting and start confronting the truth, we open the door to transformation. Our pain has purpose. Our rejection has redirection. The story we’ve been running from is the very one that can set us free. So instead of protecting yourself with the illusion of control, allow yourself to feel. To grieve. To grow. Because when you own your real story, pain no longer defines you—it refines you. linkwithsean.com

  • Motivation From Decisons Determine Destiny
    2025/10/24
Every decision you make, no matter how small, shapes the direction of your life. Destiny isn’t something that just happens—it’s the result of the choices you make day after day. The truth is, your future isn’t built in a single moment; it’s built in the quiet consistency of decisions that align with who you want to become. Every “yes” and every “no” carries weight. Saying yes to growth often means saying no to comfort. Saying yes to purpose often means saying no to distraction. The decisions you make today are the seeds of the life you’ll live tomorrow. You can’t plant indecision and expect a harvest of clarity. Too many people wait for destiny to reveal itself, but destiny responds to direction. It’s not found in luck—it’s found in discipline, faith, and intentional action. Every great transformation begins when a person decides they’re done living below their potential. So, if you want a better future, start making better decisions. Choose character over convenience. Choose purpose over pleasure. Choose faith over fear. Because in the end, your destiny isn’t determined by chance—it’s determined by choice. And every choice you make either moves you closer to who you’re meant to be or keeps you stuck where you’ve always been. linkwithsean.com

  • Where Were You Last Year
    2025/10/20
A year ago, I was in a completely different place—mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I had dreams, but they were clouded by doubt. I had vision, but no consistent direction. I thought I was growing, but truthfully, I was just surviving. Looking back, I realize that growth isn’t something that just happens—it’s something you choose daily. It’s uncomfortable, it’s messy, and it often requires walking away from what once felt familiar. Today, I can honestly say I’m not where I want to be, but I thank God I’m not where I used to be. Growth doesn’t mean perfection; it means progression. It’s about becoming more self-aware, more disciplined, and more aligned with your purpose. It’s recognizing that the version of you from last year was necessary to prepare you for who you’re becoming now. The truth is, if you’re not growing, you’re slowly dying inside. Stagnation feels safe, but it kills your potential. Every year should reveal a new layer of who you are, what you’ve learned, and how far you’ve come. So take a moment to look back—not to stay there, but to realize how much you’ve evolved. Growth isn’t optional. It’s the evidence that you’re still becoming. linkwithsean.com
