In this episode, I sat down with the board of the University of Oregon Swim Club to chat about what it’s really like to be part of the club. Whether you're a seasoned competitive swimmer or just looking for a fun way to stay fit, this episode covers everything you need to know about joining.

• Who Can Join? Anybody has the ability to join but we do say, you just need to be able to swim a 50 freestyle (down and back in a 25 yard pool).
• Practices & Commitment? Get the details on practice schedules at the campus rec center, why attendance is totally flexible, and how you can drop in for a free trial week.
• Beyond the Pool? Discover the team's favorite traditions, from pre-meet pasta nights and backyard barbecues to unforgettable travel road trips down to regional championships.
• How to Connect? Find out how to get in touch via email, check out the practice calendar, and sign up.

Nick and Sanjay open the podcast by catching up in their original studio, reminiscing about their old show Film Surgery and KWVA, while Sanjay shares updates about his family's upcoming move to a larger house in Beaverton. The pair discuss their excitement for attending an evening screening of the Michael Jackson biopic, Michael, alongside their friend Griffin. They highlight details about the film, including Jaafar Jackson starring as his uncle, the recreation of iconic videos like "Thriller" and "Billie Jean," and the involvement of Michael Jackson's original choreographers. Turning to music and film debates, they share their favorite tracks—such as "Rock with You" and songs from the Thriller album—before discussing poorly cast movie roles, where Sanjay criticizes Jared Leto's portrayal of the Joker. Finally, they dive into Marvel theories, making joke predictions about Robert Downey Jr.'s return as Dr. Doom in Avengers: Doomsday and analyzing an IMAX poster for Spider-Man: Brand New Day to point out Easter eggs teasing Daredevil, Miles Morales, and the Venom symbiote.

In this episode, I had the pleasure of sitting down with the stars of "Shaken & Stirred: The Story of Flair Bartending" to go behind the scenes of the world's most high-energy craft. We dive into what it really takes to master world-class flair, the incredible artistry behind every routine, and how this dynamic subculture continues to push the boundaries of modern mixology.

I had an idea after writing this script for a Read through with my radio team at my school. I wanted to have different people read through my scripts I right, so while this might not be a great script it will at least let me hear how it sounds and get feedback. I wrote this one called "The Signal" as a TV Show pilot, and hopefully you'll get to hear more of the things I write.

In this special episode, I spoke to an Irish local about their views on Irish National Cinema.
