In this episode, I sat down with the board of the University of Oregon Swim Club to chat about what it’s really like to be part of the club. Whether you're a seasoned competitive swimmer or just looking for a fun way to stay fit, this episode covers everything you need to know about joining.

• Who Can Join? Anybody has the ability to join but we do say, you just need to be able to swim a 50 freestyle (down and back in a 25 yard pool).
• Practices & Commitment? Get the details on practice schedules at the campus rec center, why attendance is totally flexible, and how you can drop in for a free trial week.
• Beyond the Pool? Discover the team's favorite traditions, from pre-meet pasta nights and backyard barbecues to unforgettable travel road trips down to regional championships.
• How to Connect? Find out how to get in touch via email, check out the practice calendar, and sign up.
