She has learnt that her burnout, struggles, story and her emotions are her 'super power' and shares her experiences, health journey and life lessons in a vulnerable, authentic, heart led way. Normalizing and advocating to love fiercely and allowing curiosity, compassion, held space and community to land softly.

Miranda Lee has spent the last decade unlearning perfectionism, shifting from a life of burnout, and reconnecting with her body, heart compass and intuition. She speaks to her journey of inner work, playing the cards life dealt, and how she has positively shifted her personal, family and professional life to be slower, more aligned and more holistic.

Her clients and followers are supported through her writing, speaking, 1:1 mentorship and healing, as well as leading retreats and workshops, sharing tools to own their power, connect with their heart and be their most authentic selves to align with living a beautiful life.

It is here, on this podcast, she continues to advocate and build a community that loves fiercely, to allow everyone to land softly. Normalizing the ride of good times and hard chapters, and allowing intuitive shifts that bring you exactly to where you are meant to be.

  • Raising Each Other: A Mother-Daughter Sit Down
    2026/08/19

A super casual Q & A conversation with a young lady Miranda respects and adores.

This episode she is joined by her daughter, and her insight and perspective as a youth on challenges they face, how they could make and impact what she would change in the world.

They also speak to the journey they have shared in working to establish a close, real, vulnerable and emotional feminine relationship as mother and daughter.

Back and forth questions, reflection, emotion and growth as far as parenting, support, life lessons they have learnt, what has worked well for them (or could be different), challenges they have faced, what they value in each other and more.

A little mother daughter sit down with questions you may want to hold space for your own inner child, with your own mom, or to just reflect about your own feminine relationships.

Is their relationship perfect? Absolutely not. But they treasure it, hold space for each other always, and their communication and openness is what they strive for. The growth, vulnerability and learning curve is part of the beauty in the road of relationships.

And it can become an abundance of appointments, create a stressful list of 'things you need to do', a shame cycle if you don't, stretch you financially and start to feel like health and wellness can only come from external support and sources.
