  • Raising Each Other: A Mother-Daughter Sit Down
    2026/08/19

A super casual Q & A conversation with a young lady Miranda respects and adores.

This episode she is joined by her daughter, and her insight and perspective as a youth on challenges they face, how they could make and impact what she would change in the world.

They also speak to the journey they have shared in working to establish a close, real, vulnerable and emotional feminine relationship as mother and daughter.

Back and forth questions, reflection, emotion and growth as far as parenting, support, life lessons they have learnt, what has worked well for them (or could be different), challenges they have faced, what they value in each other and more.

A little mother daughter sit down with questions you may want to hold space for your own inner child, with your own mom, or to just reflect about your own feminine relationships.

Is their relationship perfect? Absolutely not. But they treasure it, hold space for each other always, and their communication and openness is what they strive for. The growth, vulnerability and learning curve is part of the beauty in the road of relationships.

  • Stress Free Self Care: 13 Free Things We All 'Actually' Need
    2026/08/12

In a world with so many trends, modalities, tools, gadgets, practices, and avenues to support your health, wellness and selfcare... its can sometimes feel overwhelming. And it can become an abundance of appointments, create a stressful list of 'things you need to do', a shame cycle if you don't, stretch you financially and start to feel like health and wellness can only come from external support and sources.

In this episode, Miranda dives into (even as a studio/gym owner, Holistic Practitioner, Yoga Teacher, and Life Coach herself), 13 FREE, back to basics, simple things you can do to care for self. And how important it is to let your intuition and gut be your guide. To allow pauses, shifts, breaks, and changes in direction. And to remember, you aren't a checklist. You aren't a routine that has to be kept the same and always followed to a T. And your needs are always changing.

We are all built from different cloth, with a different instruction manual that truly is only able to be read from our own inner guidance and wisdom. And in different seasons, we need different things. Sometimes more, and sometimes less. And that its beautiful to get guidance and support through training, other practitioners, and paid for services....but its also to go back to basics to reset.

Lets dive into bringing it back to some simple, free, easy and important things (13 of them to be exact) that are easy to sprinkle in starting today!

Take what you want, leave what you don't. Don't even try take them all in one day, because again, you aren't a to-do list! And...it's all within your reach...in fact, its part of your birth right.

  • She Thought She'd Do Cancer First | An Intimate Survivors Story
    2026/08/05

    Guest Interview!

An intimate conversation with Kelsey Craig, a client and dear friend of Miranda's, as they dive into her very personal and intimate journey of long standing symptoms that eventually led to a diagnosis, treatment and now life beyond 'High Grade Papillary Urothelial Carcinoma' (Stage 1 Bladder Cancer) at the young age of 27!

So many take aways and heart warming messages (and validation) from Kelsey's story and amazing interview, including:

TRIGGER WARNING: THIS IS A PERSONAL STORY ON AN EXPERIENCE WITH A CANCER DIAGNOSIS, TREATMENT, AND THE VERY PERSONAL DETAILS AND EXPERIENCES. THIS IS NOT INTENDED FOR ANY MEDICAL ADVISE, AND IS SIMPLY TO SHARE A SOULS JOURNEY.

    • Age is just a number- When the reality of facing a health concern approaches you so early in life
    • The Lense Change- How the way you navigate and view life changes in a beautiful way after walking hard lines with life and health
    • Navigating it All- From normalizing and downplaying symptoms, carrying shame of feeling like you 'did something wrong', disconnecting from your body and putting on a smile
    • Advocating for Self- When you have had enough of the symptoms, need someone to belief you, GOOGLE for your own answers, and hope things will be 'bad enough' to get an answer and taken seriously
    • Diagnosis- The vulnerability with self in facing reality and being emotional, facing medical procedures, and being 'rare' in the age and condition you are facing (and almost the one they will get answers from)
    • Balance- The hard walk of being friends with sarcasm, positivity but also needing to connect and feel realism about your situation. Feeling it all, thinking it all, and coming back to the now.
    • Keeping some Normal- Moving through your treatment options, your privacy and sharing, keeping some normalcy, accepting support, and sitting in your pity while also trying to be 'normal'
    • Meeting Others- The balance of privacy and sharing the news, others opinions and comments, stupid comments that aren't meant to be ignorant, and keeping the 'elephant in the room' not the topic of all conversations
    • Life on the Other Side- What changes in your relationship with self, views on life and how you move through your day, self care, and relationships with others, in marriage, and boundaries.
    • Community- The importance of having the people who can support you, keep things easy and normal, and relatable community that is on a similar standpoint, treatment approach and headspace. How its great to have others walking the same path, and also keeping distance if its creating fear and negativity.

  • Redefining Success in Seasons: Honoring Your Parts & Changing the Narrative
    2026/07/29

A more reflective, meet your parts, journal prompted conversation to invite you into the body, your heart, parts work, and likely emotions! Pause to journal, talk to yourself along with her, or take with you whatever you need to reflect on as you move forward.

If we don't stop to reflect, redefine and reassess success along our lifetime, it can feel like a mountain with no end in sight. Or we can meet the things we define as success, and just move on without celebrating them.

Under the energy of the Full Moon in Aquarius, Miranda dives into it all.

    Topics:

What Got Us Here: What prompted Miranda to dive into the topic, and some of the experiences, words or reflections that have led us here today.

    Q. Whens the last time you stepped your awareness back to view you and your life from the outside? (As an observer)

Meeting Your Parts: Bringing awareness, space and curiousity to what comes up emotionally, what we physically sense, what opens or what guards as we move through todays discussion.

    Q. Who have you had to be for so log that it became 'you'. Who wants to take their place now?

Messages of the Moon: The insights, guidance and inventions by the energy of this moon, this season, and what you can learn from yourself in it.

    Q. What did you used to trust about yourself that you now protect (even if it shouldn't be leading anymore)?

Success.... Taking an opportunity to sit with what it means to you, how it feels, how you know you achieved it, and if it ever changes. A chance to reflect on it, the chapters you navigated, and how 'success' tags along and sometimes feels like a cling to something that becomes a distraction or leads to a feeling of failure. Miranda walks through her chapters, what influenced her feeling of whether or not she was successful, where she is now, how she viewed success up until today, and how its changed.

    Q. What have you overcome, and what lessons did you learn because of it?

Full Circle: A discussion on some of Mirandas 'full circle' experiences this year, and this month, and how they empower her and now remind her of her healing and her success. And how they are very different then she would have thought if she hadnt allowed pause and time to hold space for it.

    Q. What do/did I want to hear from someone, but it actually needed to come from within myself?

    Reflection:

    Q. Where could you cut yourself some slack?

    Q. What don't you celebrate enough of about yourself and what you bring to the world?

  • The Way He's Wired: Inside His Mind (A Conversation with My Husband)
    2026/07/22

Its funny, its likely relatable, and a great episode to sit down with your friend, partner, husband or wife and discuss or answer these questions from your own perspective and experience while learning about yourself and your partner.

You all loved their last episode (its the most downloaded), and voiced relatability and great appreciation and understanding in some of the harder aspects and chapters they have navigated together in life.

Well, she is joined again by her husband, Alan. The chat this time is light and fun, and more directed towards Miranda (and women) wanting to understand her husbands (or men's) wiring, and give him some time and space to speak to his thoughts, perspectives and his way of carrying out life.

Alan's on the spot and a great sport about it, taking some time to answer a handful of questions Miranda has waiting for him to give HIS angle on (not speaking for other men). Some are her own, and some were submitted by listeners, or things that have come up in conversation with friends and clients.

****IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS OR TOPIC REQUESTS FOR UPCOMING EPISODE, SEND THEM THEIR WAY

    Topics:

Reflecting on Our Past Episode: Miranda chats with her husband about some of the feedback she has received, what she has learnt, and speaks to the season they are currently in.

Q & A to better understand my Men (and maybe other men): A variety of topics from what annoys each other about one another, marriage and relationship support, trying to understand how a man thinks, to deeper questions of what the little boy in him needed and why our souls have come together in this lifetime for.

  • Our Relationship with Money, Debt, Finances & 'Success'
    2026/07/10

    Money$

A beautiful chat with Miss Aleah Anseth, a dear friend and Miranda's go-to photographer for her everything from personal family memories to studio and podcast marketing. https://www.instagram.com/alte.studios/

These two small business entrepreneurs dive into their personal experiences in finances, healing work required with money, debt and investment views, and how they navigate their own financial journeys.

    Topics:

Partnerships In Business- Aleah speaks to how her and her husbands partnership came to life, communication, family, and how they keep balance in life, marriage, parenting, finances and business.

Paying Off Debt- How normalized debt is, and upgrading constantly can feel like a trap/game in life...and how they personally decided it was priority to pay off their consumer debt, their steps and how they approached it, and then paid off their debt without having an excessive income.

Lifestyle Choices- A discussion on how no one is coming to save you. Ultimately, we must make choices for ourself. How our life circumstances in health and pandemic forced changes and taking risks to live a life that allowed personal health focus, financial adjustments, and freedom versus asking for permission. How the hard chapters shifted priorities, boundaries, intentions with money, rooting into entrepreneurship, and the outside pressures of what 'success' and constant 'upgrading' looks like and how it can be rewired.

Tools, Roadmaps & Suggestions- Diving into some of the tips, budgeting, methods, challenges, creating a road map and personal suggestions on how to start, stay motivated, adjust and find success. And acknowledging if we don't have a lot of tools, to just find community and avenues to learn more about budgeting, investing, saving, paying off and more that align with you.

Financial Healing & Emotions- Finances is a huge aspect of wellness, and the healing, reflecting, and processing required to meet yourself with when you 'feel like you failed'. How personal and emotional the journey can be, disconnecting from it being your value, and how you can also celebrate and shift your insight on you and your relationship with money.

Partnerships in Finances- Navigating finances in marriage and partnerships, how each partner has a different relationship with finances, and the importance in being able to talk money and work together (however that looks for you and your partner). And how we can get into hidden finances when there is shame or pressure, and how to empower each other.

Relationship in Money- How we talk about, prioritize, view it as energy exchange, and the flow of it in and out...and how spending and saving both need positive relationships and views. How we teach our kids about money, and how we talk to our kids about it to ensure positive relationships and better understanding with navigating finances.

Seasons of Finances & Debt- How different seasons of life invite different chapters of what we do with our money, how we spend it, when debt is acquired, and the different views on it at different ages....and its all personal. And what we learn in different seasons, and the lessons we can move forward with it.

  • Women Are Rising: Literal Birth Portals, Energy Workers & Holders of Deep Wisdom
    2026/07/08

Her bestie returns...Madeline @madlemontattoo is back for another chatty chat, as she moves through the FINAL trimester with baby 2. As usual, they dive into a ton of different topics, and definitely a bit more relatable for the ladies this episode.

**heads up, they do dive into discussion about their experiences in labor and delivery

    Topics:

Pregnancy, Delivery & Connection- They dive into the difference in connection in first and second pregnancy, life after baby, and spiritual connection with souls and intuition and gifts during pregnancy.

Entrepreneurship- How they protect their time, worth & energy while navigating and balancing their business lives as women and mothers in very vulnerable, intimate jobs.

Energy & Staying Protected- Discussion into light and dark energy, the work they themselves do in these realms (and don't do), and some simple guidance and tips on how they protect, clear, wrap and protect themselves and their space...and how you can too.

Why Children Are Sacred- These two ladies are huge advocates for allowing children (who are pure source) to empower us, connect inward, feel deeply and do our own inner work to protect them vs make them change to fit us and the society we have created. Instead they are often seen as an inconvenience...and how we must allow them to question us, grow as parents, support them in challenging the norms, and making mistakes to learn how to navigate the world we live in.

How Powerful Women Are Rising (and how we are remembering)- As the systems collapse, the inner wisdom and experiences (in this life and past) that women are finding within, stepping into roles to support other women because they need to find their own answers, and sharing our knowledge to shift ourselves back into our power as healers and wisdom carriers.

Birthing Portals & Deliveries- TRIGGER They dive into some birth stories.

Miranda dives into a massive healing experience she previously had about her delivery, and how she needed to reconnect and do healing with the past version of herself that she left behind after labor. The ah-ha moments of that traumatic day and its connections she feels with her current body and the work she does now to support the traumas she believes she physically still holds.

Madeline speaks to navigating nightmares and her emotional triggers leading up to delivery and the experiences throughout her labor....and the struggles and frustrations she faced during.
