In August 2000, Susan Carter and her 10-year-old daughter Natasha “Alex” Carter disappeared in West Virginia. For over two decades, their case went unsolved, and suspicion lingered. In April 2024, Larry Webb confessed on his deathbed to killing Susan and Alex and burying them in his backyard. Just hours later, investigators recovered remains believed to be the mother and daughter, bringing long-awaited answers after 24 years.
