  • S5:Episode 64 - The Ten Year Old CFO
    2026/03/09

What if your money problem has nothing to do with money?

What if it started in a room you haven't gone back to yet — at an age you were never supposed to be carrying what you were carrying — with a voice that told you something about your worth that was never, ever true?

In this episode of Mindfully Disruptive, Patricia gets into the money wound that lives below every budget, every abundance affirmation, every financial strategy that works for a while and then somehow doesn't.

This is the episode for the woman who works hard, does everything right, and still cannot figure out why the money never quite lands and stays.

What You'll Hear in This Episode:

Patricia opens with a confession that reframes everything: she became the CFO of her family household at ten years old. Not metaphorically. She was writing checks and balancing the family bank account because her father needed her to hold it.

She traces how that one moment compounded across a lifetime and shows how each experience layered onto the original wound, confirming the same belief in new rooms with new people.

Patricia then draws the distinction that changes everything for women who are stuck in money cycles despite their intelligence, their work ethic, and their desire to break free.

You cannot discipline your way out of a somatic imprint.

The pattern is not in the spreadsheet. It is in the body.

She explains the protective logic underneath the pattern was never self-destruction. It was a ten year old's brilliant, loving attempt to keep you safe from something that felt absolutely catastrophic.

And she shares what she has learned about what it actually takes to change it. Not strategy. Not discipline. Not another framework.

Retrieval. The body. Creativity. Coming home.

    Who This Episode Is For:

This episode is for the woman who grew up holding everything together — who became responsible before she was ready, who learned that her needs required justification, who built competence into an art form because competence felt safer than vulnerability.

It is for the woman who has tried every money strategy and still finds herself in the same cycle wondering what is wrong with her.

    Nothing is wrong with her.

She has a ten year old running her finances. And that ten year old is doing exactly what she learned to do to keep them both safe.

It is also for the woman who recognizes herself in the room — whatever age it was, whatever room it happened in — and is finally ready to go back and get her.

Ready to Go Back and Get Her?

Your inner child that has been the CFO of your finances for long enough.

The Untangling is a focused three session experience designed to go underneath the strategy and find the knot. The room. The age. The nervous system story that has been quietly making decisions on your behalf for longer than you know.

Not therapy. Not a twelve week program. Three sessions to find it, name it, and begin to hand her back her childhood while you take back your financial life.

Because you have been paying interest on someone else's debt for long enough.

  • S5: Episode 63 - The Wart on my Nose
    2026/03/09

What does a 4am dream have to do with a 17-year-old pattern you never knew you were carrying?

    Everything. As it turns out.

In this episode of Mindfully Disruptive, Patricia shares one of the most unexpectedly honest conversations she has ever had — with herself, on a morning walk, after a dream cracked open something she had been carrying since long before she had words for it.

This is not a tidy episode about healing. It is a real-time excavation of a pattern that was hiding in plain sight. On her nose. Like a wart she somehow never noticed.

If you have ever done significant personal work and still felt like something was running quietly underneath all of it — this episode is for you.

What You'll Hear in This Episode:

Patricia walks through a vivid early morning dream — the kind that comes during deep REM sleep between 3 and 5am when the unconscious is doing its heaviest processing. Expanding circles of blue and green. A mall. Her oldest son watching his father from a distance. And then — her ex-boyfriend, the one who broke her heart deeply, showing up to offer comfort while she stood with a completely puzzled expression on her face.

She breaks down what each dream image was doing.

Patricia traces the thread and names the pattern underneath all of it for the first time out loud.

She explores how this belief quietly shaped her relationships, her nervous system, and the way she received — or didn't receive — comfort, love, and support across decades of her life.

    Who This Episode Is For:

This episode is for the woman who has done the work. Who has been to therapy, read the books, done the journaling — and still feels something running quietly underneath that she cannot quite name.

It is for the woman who grew up holding everything together and learned somewhere along the way that love comes with an expiration date she cannot predict.

It is for the woman who is standing at a threshold in her own life — career, relationships, identity, midlife — and feels something old trying to surface that is ready, finally, to be seen.

Ready to Find Your Own Wart?

Most of us are not confused about our lives in general. We are carrying one or two very old, very tangled stories that are quietly running the show.

The Untangling is a focused three session experience designed to help you find the knot — the one thing underneath the thing — and begin to loosen it.

Not therapy. Not a twelve week program. Three sessions. We find it. We name it. We start to set it down.

Because the comfort and the wound arrived together. You don't have to keep carrying them that way.

  • S5:Episode 62 -Inherited Exhaustion: When Tired Is in Your DNA
    2026/03/09

What if your exhaustion isn't about your schedule?

What if it's older than you?

In this episode of Mindfully Disruptive, Patricia gets into something most wellness conversations completely miss — the exhaustion that lives in the body not because of what you did last week, but because of what your lineage survived for generations.

This isn't burnout from overcommitment. This is something deeper. Something inherited.

    What We Cover:

The historical roots of women's exhaustion — how centuries of layered oppression, forced labor, displacement, and domestic servitude didn't just shape culture. They shaped nervous systems. And those nervous systems shaped ours.

For women of color, Indigenous women, immigrant women, and women from minority communities, this inheritance is not metaphorical. It is encoded. Survival adaptations like hyper-responsibility, overworking, not complaining, and enduring without asking — these were not character flaws. They were life-saving strategies. And they got passed down.

Patricia traces how these adaptations show up in the body today — chronic alertness that rest doesn't resolve, pelvic and diaphragm tension, anxiety, autoimmune disruption, hormonal imbalance, and a particular brand of fatigue that eight hours of sleep cannot touch.

She also draws a critical distinction that changes everything:

Endurance is not vitality. Surviving is not thriving.

And she gets honest about her own reckoning — the moment she realized that real leadership isn't about stabilizing everything around her. It's about discernment. About knowing where to place her energy and where to finally, deliberately, stop.

The question this episode leaves you with:

Where are you still running survival-led energy in situations that no longer require your survival?

Because awareness is always where the reclamation begins.

Ready to untangle the patterns running underneath your exhaustion?

The Untangling is a focused three session experience designed to find the knot beneath the strategy — the nervous system story that has been quietly making decisions on your behalf for longer than you know.

Not therapy. Not a program. Just three sessions to find it, name it, and begin to loosen it.

  • S5: Episode 61 - The Knowing Beneath Burnout: Living in Emotional Entanglement
    2026/02/22

The Knowing Beneath Burnout: Living in Emotional Entanglement

In this episode, we explore a quieter truth about burnout.

What if you’re not exhausted because you’re doing too much —
but because you’ve been living inside long-standing emotional entanglement and over-responsibility?

Many women, especially women 40+, aren’t just tired from work. They’re depleted from years of managing emotional climates, staying in misaligned jobs or relationships, self-silencing to keep the peace, and using willpower where support and structure were needed.

I share parts of my own story — carrying adult responsibility from a young age, appearing steady while internally overwhelmed, and experiencing a physical collapse from severe burnout in 2023. During recovery, I began using creative expression and somatic awareness to untangle what rest alone couldn’t repair.

This conversation distinguishes between ordinary overwork exhaustion and the deeper corrosion of emotional messiness and misplaced responsibility. Because exhaustion isn’t always asking for more rest.

    Sometimes it’s asking for softness.
    Space.
    Creative healing.
A reorganization of your inner systems.

At the end of the episode, I introduce an intimate program for women called The Untangling — a held container for those ready to move from emotional overwhelm into clarity, vitality, and sustainable structure.

If this resonates in your body, you’ll know.

  • S5: Episode 60: The Mani-Pause:You're Not Fading—You're Just Done Performing: Redefining Beauty in Menopause
    2026/02/09

You're Not Fading—You're Just Done Performing: Redefining Beauty in Menopause

The beauty industry has a message for women in menopause: You're fading. You're aging out. You need to fight it, fix it, reverse it.
    We call bullshit.

In this unapologetic ManiPause conversation, Patricia and Marina take on the beauty industry's exploitation of menopausal women's insecurities—and why we're done buying what they're selling.
We're not fading. We're not becoming invisible. We're just done performing beauty for the male gaze, for Instagram, for a society that profits off our fear of aging.

And what happens when you stop performing? You start radiating.
    In this episode, we explore:
    • How the beauty industry weaponizes menopause to sell you "solutions" to a problem that doesn't exist
    • The insidious ways social media amplifies aging insecurity (filters, anti-aging content, "age-defying" everything)
    • Cultural differences in how aging women are valued (and why Western culture fails us)
    • What self-acceptance actually looks like when you've been conditioned to hate aging
    • Challenging traditional beauty standards that were never designed for us anyway
    • The difference between beauty (external performance) and radiance (embodied presence)
    • Role models who are aging boldly and redefining what's possible
    • Why self-love and authenticity are radical acts in a youth-obsessed culture

This conversation isn't about "embracing aging gracefully." Screw graceful. This is about embodying your power, your presence, your radiance—unapologetically.

We close with reflective questions for listeners:
    • What would change if you stopped trying to look younger and started radiating who you actually are?
    • Where are you still performing beauty instead of embodying radiance?
    • What new definition of beauty do YOU want to initiate?

You're a Manifestor woman in menopause. You're not here to fade quietly. You're here to redefine what radiance looks like.
The beauty industry can keep their anti-aging creams. We're choosing presence, power, and embodied radiance instead.

When Menopause Isn't a Choice: Ana Roxana's Journey Through Medical Menopause and Reclaiming Power

Some women enter menopause gradually. Anna Roxana Lia Chaga was thrust into it—medically induced at a young age during breast cancer treatment.

In this raw and powerful ManiPause conversation, Patricia and Marina welcome Ana Roxana—power systems engineer, artist, holistic practitioner, and Splenic Manifestor—for a deeply personal dialogue about navigating menopause when it's not on your timeline, not your choice, and compounded by cancer treatment.

Ana shares what most people don't talk about: the brutal reality of anti-hormonal therapy side effects, the loss of identity and sexuality, the fear that comes with a cancer diagnosis, and the long journey back to reclaiming your body, your power, and your sexual health.

    This conversation goes deep:
    • Medically-induced menopause during breast cancer treatment (and how it's different from natural menopause)
    • Managing severe side effects from anti-hormonal therapy while trying to live your life
    • The grief of losing your body's natural rhythm before you were ready
    • Navigating perimenopause AFTER medical menopause (yes, that's a thing)
    • Embracing her identity as a Splenic Manifestor and what that means for healing
    • Reclaiming sexual health when your body has been through trauma
    • The Breast Cancer Confidence Project and supporting women through the journey
    • Holistic practices that supported her healing beyond Western medicine
    • Trusting yourself and not letting fear dictate your decisions

Ana's message is clear: Don't let fear run your life. Trust yourself.
Whether you've been through medical menopause, natural menopause, cancer treatment, or are supporting someone who has—this conversation will remind you that reclaiming your power is possible, even when your body has been through the unthinkable.

This is what happens when Manifestor women refuse to let circumstances define them.

    2026/01/05

Nobody's the Boss of Me: Jewel's Journey from Resistance to Liberation and Awakening her heart

"Awakening the hearts of humanity is a tall order. And there's nothing else for me to do."

That's Jewel's orientation point—the place she comes back to at every turn, every challenge, every crossroad in life. And it's the thread that runs through this entire conversation.

In this deeply spiritual Manifestor-to-Manifestor dialogue, Patricia welcomes Jewel, an Emotional Authority Manifestor, for a conversation about soul purpose, surrender, and the courage to live from your heart—even when it feels impossibly big.

    We explore:

    • Finding your orientation point and having the courage to live it
    • The spiritual journey of awakening—both your own heart and the hearts of others
    • Intuition as your compass (and learning to trust what you know)
    • The cyclical nature of life: rest, creativity, death, rebirth
    • Grieving as a sacred practice (Jewel shares her journey through her sister's death)
    • Navigating the tension between wounded and liberated heart expression
    • Spiritual maturity: trust, surrender, and letting go of control
    • The next edge: showing up from your heart without needing safe environments
    • Soul purpose and entrepreneurship as spiritual practice
    • Jewel's Oracle deck and programs for alignment and awakening

Human Design is woven throughout—not as the center, but as a map that validates what we already know in our souls.

This conversation isn't about labels or systems. It's about remembering who you are beneath all the conditioning. It's about choosing liberation over safety. It's about speaking from your heart even when it shakes.

If you've been searching for permission to live your soul's calling—even when it feels too big, too vulnerable, too much—this conversation is your reminder: there's nothing else for you to do.

The world needs your awakened heart.

    2025/12/29

Navigating the Symptoms: What Your Body Is Actually Telling You

Hot flashes. Anxiety. Weight gain. Brain fog. Insomnia. Mood swings. Joint pain. The list of perimenopause and menopause symptoms can feel endless - and when you're a Manifestor already managing unpredictable energy cycles, it can be completely overwhelming.

But here's what nobody tells you: there's no one-size-fits-all solution. What works for your friend, your sister, or the influencer online might not work for YOUR body. And that's okay.

In this episode, Patricia and Marina get personal about:

Their own symptom journeys - the real, messy, trial-and-error process of figuring out what actually helps versus what's just noise.

The full spectrum of symptoms that can show up during this transition - because naming what you're experiencing is the first step to addressing it.

Holistic approaches that are working for them - from acupuncture and dietary changes to supplement regimens and lifestyle modifications.

Medical interventions worth exploring - because sometimes you need both holistic AND medical support, and that's perfectly valid.

Why listening to YOUR body is more important than following anyone else's protocol - your authority knows what you need.

The power of boundaries, stress reduction, and lifestyle changes that actually honor your Manifestor design and menopausal reality.

This isn't about prescribing one "right way" to handle menopause symptoms. It's about empowering you to experiment, listen to your body's wisdom, and initiate your own path through this transition.

Your symptoms are real. Your body is communicating. And you have every right to try every approach until you find what works for YOU.
