  • 48 - Dog Health & Longevity - Walking, Supplements, and Integrative Care That Work

    Dogs are more than pets — they’re family. And just like us, their health depends on consistent movement, balanced nutrition, and the right kind of support as they age. In this episode of Mindful Objective, Daniel and Jack dive into integrative strategies that help our dogs live longer, healthier, and happier lives.

    We’ll start with the simplest but most powerful medicine: walking. Daily walks improve circulation, maintain joint health, reduce anxiety, and strengthen the bond between you and your dog.
