Are you so over the "experts" giving unsolicited advice everywhere you turn? We're calling BS on all of it. Welcome to Mic'd and Medicated, the podcast that is 100% unfiltered, unafraid, and UN-expert. We're New York City women talking about everything motherhood, relationships, working inside & outside the household, and sharing how we stay alive and semi-sane through it all. In this ridiculous day and age where you're expected to keep up with the Bezos -- let alone the Joneses! -- and keep it all together, we are creating a community where you can be vulnerable and let it all hang out -- or just enjoy us doing it!

This IS our first rodeo.

  • Anyone Have June Gloom? | Ep 14
    2025/06/12

Eva and Caroline sound off about how June is the hardest month of the year. How is anyone supposed to balance the endless demands — from school moving up day, end-of-year performances, and class picnics to after-school recitals and awards ceremonies — while smiling and capturing all the "special" moments? There's no time to savor anything, let alone the big milestones like preschool graduation or completing junior year, when we also have to answer 182 emails and navigate all the school and activity websites just to make sure we don't miss any of the 17 events we're expected to attend. Oh, and don't forget to fill out forms for September 2026! Did summer even start yet?

  • Do I Look Fat? | Ep 13
    2025/06/05

Eva and Caroline give you the scoop (fat-free, of course) on their complicated relationship with food and how society's obsession with being skinny has evolved over the years. You don't need to be diagnosed with anorexia or bulimia to have disordered eating. From fat-phobic parents and "almond moms" to the insane pressure of our Upper East Side bubble where thin equals winning, it's virtually impossible not to raise a disordered eater. Still torturing yourself by trying on every pair of "skinny jeans" after gaining 5 pounds? Do you order like Sally in When Harry Met Sally? "Sauce on the side!" Then you will love this episode. And good news -- it's full of humor and calorie-free. 😉

    2025/05/29

This week, we’re talking all things dating with Alexa Hakim Moinian — the genius behind FACE2FACE, which changes the way people think about modern dating with in-person curated Dating Events (yes, she is responsible for 10+ marriages!). From confidence as a secret weapon to the importance of hobbies, grooming, and never letting a man brag or split the bill, we’re diving into dating dos, don'ts, WTF moments, and what makes someone truly alluring. We share how we met our husbands, how social media has changed dating, and the difference between standards and unrealistic expectations. And Caroline shares how she manifested her "twin flame," not to be confused with a soul mate. Whether you're already married or ready to find your perfect match... this is a conversation you don't want to miss.
