  • CASEBOOK: Live Intentionally
    2026/08/07

How do we “live our best life”? Sometimes we just need to be intentional about what we are doing, why we are doing it and who we are doing it with. Life is so fast these days that running on auto-pilot sometimes means the days disappear but you feel nothing really gets done…so Coach Nina Hobson challenges us to think about where we want to get to…and start in that direction, with purpose, one step at a time.

Our CASEBOOK podcasts are previous recordings on a theme or topic – This month, our final month of bonus episodes is about living our best life

  • What does aging well look like?
    2026/08/06

This is quite an interesting question because we are seeing a lot of uber-fit seniors these days – the 75 year olds running marathons, or the weightlifting pensioners…and while this is absolutely wonderful, for someone who isn’t running marathons at the age of 40…this might feel unattainable…so what do we aspire to when it comes to aging well? This is the question we put to psychologist, author and column writer Dr Denise Taylor – and it’s a joyful conversation. And by the way…we fell over, we didn’t “have a fall” (always!)
