Originally from a small rural town in Queensland, Alex has made his way to Melbourne to tackle the next adventure in his life. Along the way he has had several battles that led him into the ultra running space where he found his love for extreme challenges. This was such an insightful chat into a young man's mind and where his journey has taken him. If you haven't been following Alex before this, you will definitely be his biggest fan after it.

This weeks M&M Snip is from my chat with Emma about how her brother suffered a concussion during a training session which caused a permanent brain injury. Although quite traumatic for not only her brother but the entire family, this changed the way Emma views her way in playing the game she loves.
