This week I was joined by exercise physiologist Eamon Bailie to talk all about exercise and physical activity. Eamon shares his experience working in the industry and how he manages to treat people about their conditions. We cover a range of topics including the difference between physical activity and exercising, social medias influence, and the different battles we've had in the industry and had to overcome.
