#393 - I put together a list of most of the public restrooms on running routes in San Francisco. This does not include public restrooms in department stores and cafes. I already know I left a few off, so sorry if I left your favorite pitstop off. I tried my best. It was a lot of fun thinking of all the places I could think of and seeing some of the map I forgot about! I know I forgot two restrooms at Land's End. I forgot about the restrooms directly behind the Legion of Honor and the port o poddys at the parking lot for the USS San Francisco Memorial. I hope you like it!

#391 - The Park Conservancy, the group that works with the Golden Gate National Recreation Area, created a great trail or course on the west side of San Francisco recently. It's about 12 miles long, so I thought I'd check it out. This episode is all about that trail. It goes through several park areas, both federal and city parks.
