I’m Yvonne Judge, a licensed Independent Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Ohio. I work with Couples, Individuals and Families on issues ranging from relationship issues to trauma, to personality disorders. I am an EMDR Certified Therapist and an EMDRIA Consultant, specializing in Traditional EMDR, Attachment-Focused EMDR, and EMDR Flash. Currently, I am a doctoral candidate pursuing my Ph.D. in Marriage and Family Therapy at Northcentral University, where my research and dissertation focus specifically on the intersection of EMDR and relationships. I am DBT and Personality Disorder Certified, and I serve as an EMDR Consultant, supervisor, and AAMFT Supervisor. To support my clients' diverse needs, I draw from a wide range of clinical models, including DBT, EMDR, Hypnosis, Boundaries work, Structural and Strategic Family Therapy, Gottman Method Couples Counseling, and Emotionally Focused Therapy. My practice is based in Columbus, Ohio, where I see clients both in person and online across the state. I believe in using what works best for you as an individual, rather than trying to fit you into a box of my making. My goal with this podcast is to explain various therapy topics, demystify and destigmatize therapy as a whole.
