Spirit lists several ways to use your own power through talismans such as lucky shoes, rabbits foot when rubbed, crystals, etc. All of which will help you in the beginning. As you rise in vibration the realization dawns on you that you had the power all along. By trusting devices to help you connect to spirit it actually disables you. If you are looking for the power this podcast makes it even clearer in the process. In nature all life knows its power and always moves towards universal flow...except humans.
