The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to power through challenges while staying focused on what matters most. Maybe responsibilities, deadlines, or personal goals have left you feeling overwhelmed by everything you need to accomplish. Join Nancy as she discusses how prioritizing your goals and maintaining balance can guide you in moving forward without losing sight of yourself.

Our first caller, Ashutosh, is a college student who wonders how to stay motivated while balancing academics, exercise, and preparing for his future career. Nancy encourages him to focus on what needs his attention now instead of putting too much pressure on future goals. She suggests creating time blocks for studying and working out, protecting time for fun, and committing to the routine for 30 days. Tune in to discover how creating balance can support you in powering through your responsibilities without burning yourself out.

Our inspirational guest, Patrick Chester, learned how powering through could guide him toward recovery from a gambling addiction that nearly cost him his relationships and his life. After a knee injury ended his passion for baseball, Patrick turned to sports betting to satisfy his competitive side. As his addiction worsened, he became desperate enough to forge documents and take $28,000 from his wife’s retirement account. At his lowest point, Patrick even took the $9.50 his 5-year-old son had saved. At a later point, he walked into a family intervention where he finally felt like he could breathe and realized he wanted to live. Tune in to hear how facing his addiction allowed Patrick to stop hiding his struggles and begin powering through them toward recovery.

Perhaps responsibilities or challenges have made it difficult to stay focused on what matters most in your life. Try prioritizing what needs your attention now, while still making room for your health, relationships, and personal well-being. Maintaining balance and a positive mindset as you power through difficult moments can give you the direction needed to live full out.

    Episode: 2026.12.41

The Living Full Out Show with Nancy Solari encourages you to slow down in life and make the most of every moment. Maybe you’ve been stressed at work, and it seems to be always on your mind. Perhaps you’ve felt overwhelmed by school, and your to-do list feels never-ending. Join Nancy as she discusses the importance of stopping to take a breath and remembering what truly matters.

Our first caller, Audrey, asks how she can maintain her friendships while setting herself up for success professionally. Nancy advises Audrey to break out of an “I need” mindset and focus on the now. She reminds her that not every relationship needs contact daily, and recommends making a list of people she wants to reach out to weekly. Tune in to discover how balancing connection and hard work can help you move with certainty.

Our inspirational guest, Joseph Engle, knows what it means to be caught up in life’s chaos. When Joseph was just 14, his mother got sick and passed away. He then turned to drugs and alcohol, becoming addicted and facing criminal charges three separate times. Once his brother got sober, Joseph decided he needed to make a change and went to his first intervention meeting. Things were looking up when he regained custody of his kids, until his oldest got into opioids. Devastatingly, his son passed away after taking too strong a dose, and Joseph was the one to discover him. Tune in to learn about the nonprofit he created in his honor and how self-actualization has allowed Joseph to forgive himself.

Perhaps you’re feeling hesitant to make a change in your life, even though you know you need one. Try to remember that doing something for the first time is often the hardest part, and things only get easier the more you do them. Live Full Out by being unafraid to live in the moment and be present.
