    Happy New Year!If you're someone who always feels really motivated to work towards their goals in January but within a few weeks or months find yourself back at square one, this episode is for you ❤️Most of us have motivation WRONG. We THINK that the cycle goes like this:Motivation ➡️ Action ➡️ ResultReally it works like this:Action ➡️ Result ➡️ Motivation How do we prioritize ACTION even when we don't feel motivated?By being mindful of our habits. Habits happen automatically, good habits help set us up for success while bad habits hinder our progress. Create good habits by starting small and making them acheiveable, reducing friction and making them easy to stick to Try this motivation hack - The 10 Minute GameSet a 10 Minute timer and take as much action toward your goal as you can in that 10 Minute time period. At the end of 10 minutes 1 of 2 things will happen. 1. You still aren't motivated so you take a break recognizing that 10 minutes of progress is better than no progress at all. 2. Your actions and results spark the motivation to keep going.   • The 4 S's Every Woman Needs for Success + Fulfillment

    You can hustle your way to your goals but then feel burnt out when you get there, then what's the point? You can achieve success while you're stuck in stories of not being good enough but then your success doesn't feel like it's enough, then what was the point?


    It's important in life to not just achieve our goals and be successful but to have fulfillment as well. There are 4 core pillars that I've discovered in the last decade of running a business that have helped me feel fulfilled:

    Self Care

    Everywhere you go, there you are. Everything that is within you spills out of you into every area of your life. If you're stressed, anxious, overwhelmed, etc. That's what you pour into your career, relationships, hobbies, etc.


    Self Healing

    The stories you tell yourself are at the start of every action that you take. Healing those old stories will help you show up more confidently in every area of your life.


    Spirituality

    Your spirituality is connected to your trust, your intuition, your gratitude, the energy you emit and attract and your overall manifestation power.


    Sustainability in Goals + Actions

    It isn't what we do occasionally that matters it's what we do consistently that matters most. Having smaller, more achievable goals helps us build confidence and motivation over time.

  • Reverse Engineering Your Life with the Be, Do, Have Model
    2025/08/01

    When we have a big goal,dream or vision, we sometimes struggle to get our of our own way and just simply take the first step. Our goal can feel so out of reach that we don’t even know where to start.When we reverse engineer our lives we think of where it is we want to go and work our way backwards until our very next steps become clear. In order for this to work, we think about the version of ourselves that’s already motivated, already successful, already confident and consider what they would be doing. As humans we struggle with something called “confirmation bias”, this is where our brain seeks out evidence in our lives to prove what we already believe is true. So if you have the belief that you don’t have the time, energy or motivation to start working towards your goals then your brain will look for evidence of this in your life. We often think that we first need to HAVE energy, time, confidence, motivation, more knowledge, etc. (Basically some sort of unrealistic perfect circumstance) before we can DO the things that we want to do and BE the version of ourselves that we want to become… Here’s some examples:“Once I have the time I can start going to the gym”“Once I go to the gym then I’ll have confidence in my body”Once I:Have: timeDo: go to the gymBe: confidentWe have to think of things the other way around, the version of you that’s already confident. How does she dress? How does she spend her time? What are her daily habits? Who is she spending her time with?Once you get clear on the version of yourself that already has what you desire you can start to take small, sustainable actions towards having what you want.Be.
