  • Hello Darkness, My Old Friend | Episode 10 | Liminal with Maggie Taylor
    2026/10/12

    Hello Darkness, My Old Friend

We grieve the people we lose. We also grieve the life we wanted, and the life we thought we had.

When it hurts, the mind starts searching. What did I miss? What could I have done differently? We revisit the story, hoping to find another ending.

In this episode, I explore grief, self-blame, and the Buddhist teaching of the second arrow: the suffering we add when we turn against ourselves. I draw on Tara Brach’s Radical Acceptance, Ram Dass’s teachings on loving awareness, and psychology’s understanding of counterfactual thinking and neuroplasticity.

Alongside these teachings, I share my spiritual perspective through Reiki, shamanic healing, and a quantum lens of possibility and connection. How do we welcome the disconnected parts of ourselves home? How do we become the love that meets the ache?

We cannot out-spiritual life. We can welcome ourselves back, and it can still hurt. We are allowed to be human. In fact, I have learned the more truly spiritually aware I become, the more accepting of my human nature I become.

This podcast closes with a five-minute guided meditation, Hello Darkness, My Old Friend, to meet what’s here with your true essence, compassion and loving kindness.

  • Why Is a Magical Life Negotiable? Episode 9 Liminal with Maggie Taylor
    2026/09/17

Liminal with Maggie Taylor: The Seen, the Unseen, and Everything in Between Episode 9

Why Is a Magical Life Negotiable?

What if magic is not something you have to earn, prove, or wait for?

In this episode of Liminal, I explore what it means to live a magical life, not as an escape from reality, but as a deeper relationship with it. We talk about intuition, synchronicities, signs, spirit, energy, and the unseen intelligence moving through our everyday lives.

A magical life begins when you stop dismissing what you feel, what you know, and what continues to reveal itself to you.

IF YOU WANT A MAGICAL LIFE, YOU HAVE TO DECIDE YOU HAVE A MAGICAL LIFE (AND THEN SET IT UP THAT WAY)

You deserve to feel the magic.
You deserve to live the magic.
And the magic is already within you.

  • Liminal with Maggie Taylor Episode 8: Your Karma Leads to Your Dharma
    2026/09/11

Episode 8: Your Karma Leads to Your DharmaWhat if your wounds are not keeping you from your soul’s purpose but leading you directly toward it?In this episode of LIMINAL, I share my understanding of karma & dharma through the lens of spiritual awakening, shadow work and self-healing.I explore karma not as punishment, but as action, energy and consequence. Samsara is the cycle we continue repeating. Dharma is the path through it, the purpose our soul came here to embody.I share how our survival patterns can carry both a wound and a gift. My hyper-independence, for example, holds the pain of not feeling supported, but it also helped me develop strength, intuition and resilience. Healing does not mean rejecting these parts of ourselves. It means loving what is wounded while allowing the gifts within it to evolve.Through Reiki, inner-child healing, nervous-system awareness and loving action, we can interrupt old cycles and create a different experience.I believe you do not heal karma by abandoning the person you once were. You heal by bringing love to the places where love was missing.Your wounds do not disqualify you from your purpose.Your karma may be the very path leading you into your dharma. In this episode: karma and dharma, samsara, spiritual awakening, soul purpose, shadow work, inner-child healing, nervous-system healing, Reiki, self-love, breaking generational patterns and conscious transformation. In this episode: karma and dharma, samsara, spiritual awakening, soul purpose, shadow work, inner-child healing, nervous-system healing, Reiki, self-love, breaking generational patterns and conscious transformation.

  • You Are a Mystic: The Experience Is the Evidence LIMINAL. Ep 7 with Maggie Byrne Taylor
    2026/08/30

You Are a Mystic: The Experience Is the Evidence

Do you want mysticism to become part of your everyday life?

Then your experience must be the evidence.

In this episode of Liminal, we explore spiritual experiences, what feels spiritually true for you, and why your role is to honor and protect your own knowing.

I share how recording my signs, dreams, synchronicities and encounters after my brother Pat died created a foundation of spiritual self-trust, along with the unforgettable night I knew angels had met me in human form.

Your spiritual experiences do not belong in the hands of people who cannot understand them. Write them down. Give them somewhere sacred to live. Become the devoted witness to your own life, and allow the pattern to reveal itself.

The empowerment is trusting what you experience and allowing it to be the only evidence you need.

Going back to why I began this journey, and spending time with these stories and experiences again, has been so heart-opening for me. I hope something here awakens your heart and helps you trust what you already know.

Thank you for listening and for entering the Liminal with me.

  • Liminal Episode 6: The Energy of Intention
    2026/08/21

    The Energy of Intention

If everything is energy, and energy is spirit, then isn’t everything spiritual?

In this episode of LIMINAL, we explore the energy of intention through everything from a power washer to acupuncture. Both move energy, so what makes one experience spiritual and another ordinary? Perhaps the difference is not in the action itself, but in the intention, awareness and energy we bring to it.

We’ll explore how our words, thoughts and actions create energetic ripples that continue far beyond what we can see. We may never know where those ripples travel or when something we offer plants a seed in another person. We don’t need to control the outcome. Our responsibility is simply to become conscious of the energy we are placing into the world.

The episode closes with a 22-minute Reiki meditation for healing emotional wounds, woven with Ho’oponopono, the Hawaiian prayer of forgiveness:

    I’m sorry.
    Please forgive me.
    Thank you.
    I love you.

Because if everything is energy, everything is spiritual.

  • Liminal with Maggie Byrne Taylor: Liminal & The Choice Point Ep 5
    2026/08/18

Episode 5 - The Choice Point

Liminal means threshold: the space between what has ended and what has not yet begun. It is where the unseen touches the seen, where intuitive knowing rises beneath our thoughts, and where new possibilities begin to form.

In this episode, Maggie explores the meaning of liminal space, the Tibetan Buddhist teaching of the bardo, and the choice points that appear during life’s transitions. Through personal stories of grief, transformation and healing, she reflects on the power of free will.

We cannot choose everything that happens to us, and we cannot always control our first response. But we can choose what we do next. We can move toward fear or toward love. We can deny what we know, or follow the path calling us forward.

These recordings are here for you whenever you need them. If one resonates, save it and listen again. You may hear something new each time. Let what reveals itself inform the choice points in your own life. In the space between, something is always forming.

Around the 20-minute mark, a guided Reiki healing and meditation begins to help you navigate the thresholds you are moving through, listen for your own guidance and consciously choose what you are ready to create next.

  • How to Know If It’s Your Intuition Ep 4 Self-Trust & Inner Knowing
    2026/08/16

How do you know when it is your intuition speaking or when it is fear, anxiety, desire or conditioning?

The truth is, you follow your intuition every day, often without even realizing it. You feel an impulse to call someone. You choose one direction instead of another. You sense when something is right, when something has changed or when the energy in a room feels different. It is usually when the stakes become higher when a decision could change a relationship, disappoint someone, make you more visible or alter the direction of your life that you begin to question yourself. In this episode of LIMINAL, Maggie Byrne Taylor explores intuition as an embodied relationship with your higher self, Spirit and the unseen realm.Through a personal experience following the death of her brother Patrick, yogic wisdom, Reiki and decades of spiritual practice, Maggie shares how intuition communicates through the body, the energy centers and the clairs: clear seeing, clear hearing, clear feeling and clear knowing. This episode explores:• How intuition communicates through the body• The difference between intuition, anxiety, fear and desire• Why an intuitive no can sometimes feel like fear• How conditioning can teach us to override what we know• The role of yoga in uniting the body, mind and spiritual self• How yoga and Reiki help open and balance the energy centers• The connection between nervous-system regulation and intuitive clarity• Why imagination is the doorway to the third eye• How to connect with your higher self and spiritual guidance• Why listening and discernment are essential to building self-trustThe body is an instrument of intuition, but it also carries history. A contraction may be an intuitive no, or it may be an old wound responding to something unfamiliar. Excitement may signal alignment, or it may reflect attachment to a particular outcome. This is why intuition requires discernment.Through continued practice, we learn to listen, notice, respond and observe what unfolds. We begin to recognize the difference between the urgency of anxiety, the voice of conditioning and the quieter presence of inner knowing.Intuition begins with listening.Yoga teaches us how to listen. Reiki helps us feel supported enough to remain open. Discernment helps us understand what we receive. Following that inner wisdom builds self-trust.Your intuition is already communicating with you.You are not waiting to become intuitive. You already are.Listen to LIMINAL with Maggie Byrne Taylor on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, Amazon Music and YouTube.Learn more at www.maggiebyrnetaylor.com#Intuition #SpiritualAwakening #Liminal

  • The Space Where Miracles Happen | Ep. 3 | Liminal with Maggie Byrne Taylor
    2026/08/14

What if loving yourself before anything changes is the miracle?

In this episode of Liminal, Maggie explores the sacred space between becoming willing to change and actually experiencing the shift. Drawing from A Course in Miracles, yogic wisdom, Reiki, nervous-system awareness, and soul retrieval, she examines how old wounds and survival strategies can shape our identities long after the original experience has passed.

This is an invitation to stop treating who you are today as an unfinished version of someone better. The liminal is not an empty hallway to rush through. It is where we learn to meet ourselves with love, reclaim the parts we once shut down, and recognize that this moment may not be interrupting the path—this moment may be the path.

The episode closes with a short reiki guided meditation (at 14 mins) to meet yourself exactly where you are and enter the space where miracles happen.
