For a long time, I didn’t realize how disconnected I was from my own body and how much that was affecting my life. In this episode I share a moment that made it very clear that my body had been trying to tell me something for a long time... and I hadn't been listening. I'm far from perfect, but I do so much better now. I see my body more as a partner I want to listen to- a relationship I want to nourish. We're starting to build the process of becoming a natural eater who is naturally thin. And that starts by acknowledging, respecting and listening to our body's natural systems.
