But when we step back and look honestly at our lives, the evidence tells a different story.You have already endured difficult seasons. You have already shown resilience, courage, perseverance, and growth. The same part of you that got you through those moments is the part of you that will move you forward now.I call that part of you your Doer — the expression of your Essence in action.In this episode, I help you recognize the strength that is already present in your life. We’ll look at the places where your Doer already moves naturally and the places where she has grown stronger through experience. When you see the evidence clearly, you realize you’re not beginning this journey empty-handed.Everything you need to move forward is already within you.
