    The 2026 Spring concert season has come and gone and it was an AMAZING one!!
    In this MUSIC INSPIRED episode I'm here to share with you ALL but 1 of the incredicle performances I was fortunate enough to attend this past Spring. The one I forgot to include in the episode was Tom Hamilton Jr, who I got to see perform at a small local venue. It was an AMAZING intimate performance unlike any of his stuff with JRAD and I suggest you see him if he comes to a venue near you ;) I'm also including my JRAD review, even though it was in February, because it's the only Winter show I got to attend :)
    Take a listen and get pumped about seeing one or ALL of the bands I got to see!! OR get inspired to fill up your Summer concert docket with all YOUR favorite performers!!

    Gratitude is a practice I've been working at for many years now. And yes it is a practice. The more I practice, the happier I've become ;) Now that of course doesn't mean that I'm happy all the time, but it has allowed me to move through the more challenging emotions in a smoother fashion. Most of the time that is. That being said, I've actually made it to a place in my emotional recovery where I can honestly say, albeit sometimes a bit more challenging than others, that I'm grateful for ALL of it. ALL of it. And all of it being the yuck stuff and the great stuff. Are you struggling with finding gratitude in anything? In more of the challenging experiences? Have you too found a way to feel grateful for ALL of it, more often than not?
