  • 10 Lbs Down During the Summer She Thought She’d Gain 10 | Erin’s 10/10 Story
    2026/08/29

Erin was really, really good at dieting.

Give her a strict set of rules, a goal and an end date? She could do it.

And for years, she basically accepted that this was how her life—and her body—would work: diet, lose the weight, eventually gain it back, and diet again when she had somewhere important to be.

She had tried Weight Watchers, worked with a nutritionist, taken weight-loss medication and spent decades categorizing food as either “good” or “bad.” At one point, she genuinely believed that being the kind of person who could eat half a croissant and leave the rest simply wasn’t possible for her.

    Then she joined 10/10.

And perhaps hilariously, she chose a summer that looked like the WORST possible time to do it.

Family staying with her in Hawaii for a month. Restaurants. Airports. Travel. Time with her long-distance boyfriend. And finally, an all-you-can-eat scuba diving trip.

She ended the summer 10 lbs down—including losing her final two pounds on the all-you-can-eat boat.

But this conversation goes so much deeper than weight loss.

Erin and I talk about growing up believing dieting was simply part of being a woman, using food to buffer emotions beginning at 14, the secret belief that she needed to be thin to be loved, and what changed when someone loved her before she had changed her body.

We also get into one of my favourite parts of 10/10: realizing that the way you relate to food is rarely just about food.

For Erin, learning to release scarcity and control around eating started changing how she experienced travel, pleasure, her relationship, sex, and even the amount of presence she could bring to the people she loves.

And yes—we talk about the moment she ate part of an incredible orange cinnamon bun, genuinely enjoyed it…and then simply didn’t want the rest.

Something she previously thought was impossible.

A conversation about dieting, control, scarcity, self-trust, pleasure—and discovering that maybe the goal was never becoming better at controlling yourself.

Maybe it was finally realizing you don’t need to.

  • “Food Was Never the Problem” — A Nutritionist’s 10/10 Transformation
    2026/08/12

In this episode, I’m sitting down with 10/10 client Elisa—a holistic nutritionist, hairstylist, business owner, wife and mom of two who spent most of her life trying to figure out her weight.

From being put on diets as a child, to secretly eating food, over-exercising, restricting, studying holistic nutrition and eventually weighing and meal-prepping her food…Elisa knew A LOT about nutrition.

And none of it gave her what she was actually looking for.

After 10 weeks inside 10/10, Elisa is 15 lbs down—but the weight loss is almost beside the point.

We talk about why knowing more about nutrition can actually make trusting your body harder, the realization that she was never a “monster” who needed to be controlled around food, why dieting creates greed, and what happened when she stopped trying to outsmart her body and started listening to it instead.

We also get into what 10/10 actually looks like as a busy mom and business owner who eats out, travels, has a chef for a husband and does not have time to weigh, track or prepare separate meals.

As Elisa puts it: “The busier you are, the better this works.”

A beautiful conversation about food, pleasure, self-trust—and how much life becomes available to you when you’re no longer spending it thinking about what you should and shouldn’t eat.

  • Style as Self-Trust: Dressing the Woman You Already Are with Sydnie Long
    2026/04/24

In this episode of Let’s Get the Skinny, Kiki sits down with personal stylist Sydnie Long for a conversation that goes far beyond clothes. What starts as a discussion about personal style quickly unfolds into a deeper exploration of identity, self-trust, and how we show up in the world.

Sydnie shares her approach to styling as a tool for clarity—not about becoming someone new, but about refining and expressing who you already are. She breaks down how many women feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in their wardrobes, not because they lack taste, but because they lack a clear framework for making aligned choices.

Together, Kiki and Sydnie explore the emotional layers behind getting dressed—from body image and confidence to decision fatigue and the desire to feel “like yourself” again. Sydnie explains how her signature styling experience helps women simplify their wardrobes, shop with intention, and build a cohesive style that reflects their current life and identity.

The conversation also highlights how style can become a daily practice of self-respect and embodiment—mirroring the same principles Kiki teaches through the 10/10 Method. When you trust your body and your choices, everything becomes more easeful—including what you wear.

Ultimately, this episode is an invitation to stop outsourcing your style, reconnect with your preferences, and step into a version of yourself that feels clear, grounded, and expressed—without overthinking or overconsuming.

In wrapping up… for those listening who want to work with Sydnie: just let her know that “Kiki sent me” for a 15% discount off of the signature styling experience. They can reach her at @thesydnielong on IG, or visit sydnielong.com, or email sydnie@sydnielong.com.
