This is for fathers!

Join us, Andy Lamberton and Stephen Mullan, as we interview Christian fathers about leaving a legacy in our children's lives. We are two fathers, working in youth ministry and (along with our wives!) raising children in Ireland. We want to be fathers who disciple our children. So listen in as we cover topics from failing to pregnancy, family devotions to our secularising world.

This is the Legacy podcast: where we talk about all things faith and fatherhood.

  • Fathers Who Pray - Paul, “Lord, be with him” S6E7
    2025/06/21
“At my first defence, no one came to my support, but everyone deserted me. May it not be held against them. But the Lord stood at my side and gave me strength, so that through me the message might be fully proclaimed and all the Gentiles might hear it. … The Lord be with your spirit” 2 Timothy 4:16-17, 22

Welcome to Fathers Who Pray, our 7-Day devotional to celebrate Father's Day, given out in churches across the UK and Ireland. Read by Rob Fraser-Binns, Stephen Mullan and Andy Lamberton. Receive an e-book format by visiting legacyfathers.org/fathersday

Billy Graham said, “A good father is one of the most unsung, unpraised, unnoticed, and yet one of the most valuable assets in our society.” Being a father is a humble, significant calling.

We keep company with seven father figures from the Bible this week, bringing our own families before God, as we too seek to become fathers who pray.

In this series, we will look at:
    1. Zechariah – “Praise be to the Lord”
    2. Manoah – “Teach us how”
    3. Jairus – “Come to my house”
    4. Unnamed Father – “Help my unbelief”
    5. David – “Give him a whole heart”
    6. Jacob – “Bless these boys”
    7. Paul – “Lord, be with him”
    We hope you enjoy listening,
