このコンテンツについて
In today’s episode, Daisy Cave and Katie Rose are joined by Nicole Ponsford, founder of the Global Equality Collective.
The GEC is a multi-award-winning ‘collective’ of inclusion and well-being experts and the creators of the “world’s first inclusion and wellbeing platform”, the GEC Platform. Nicole has also worked for 20 years as a teacher and school leader, is a Harvard-published author, doctorate researcher, Fellow of the RSA and IESE and Co-Head of Microlink Education. Recognised as one of Europe's top 50 women in tech, Nic was recently awarded as a finalist for ‘Role Model of the Year’ 2023 by Computing magazine.
The topic for discussion today is cultural health checks - what they are, why they are important and how leaders can apply them in their settings.
