George Hayworth lives near Nashville, TN with his
wife Whitney and his 8-year-old daughter
Rhealynn. George graduated from the University
of Oregon in 2011 with a Bachelor of Arts in
Political Science and was commissioned into the
US Army as a 2nd Lieutenant to serve as a Field
Artillery Officer. He served 4.5 years on active duty
in the 101st Airborne Division, deploying once to
Afghanistan from 2012-2013. George has
experience leading teams ranging from 30 to 300
people in the military. He reached the rank of
Captain before leaving active duty. After leaving
the active Army in June 2016, George has worked
in corporate America since. He also continues to
serve in the Tennessee Army National Guard as
an Engineer officer.

George is the Founder of Elite Sentinel Coaching
where he “forges leaders and builds legacies”.
George trains men in authentic masculinity to
become the men they were born to be. Through
his program, he gives men the tools to be better
men, better leaders in their professions, better
husbands and better fathers. George leverages
his expertise in leadership through over a decade
of military experience, corporate experience and
skills like emotional intelligence and conflict
resolution developed through over a decade of
therapy and healing.

George is also the founder and co-host of The
Present Father’s Podcast with the mission to
transform men to in turn lead their families well.

He has studied in Sacramental, Reform, Brethren, Wesleyan Methodist, and trans-denominational contexts, and was mentored by Dr. Gordon Fee (Pentecostal), Dr. John White (Brethren/Anglican), Dr. Maxie Dunnam (Evangelical Methodist) and Rev. Danny Morris (Discernment Author and speaker).

David has four earned degrees with three in Theology/Spirituality (M.Div. TST, Th.M. Regent College, Vancouver, D.Min. Gordon Conwell), and serves as an adjunct instructor in the Pathways School for ministry.
