Jen always knew she wanted to be a teacher from the time she was a young girl and she has turned that passion into an incredibly successful career in education. Currently serving as the principal at Sterling Elementary School in Sterling, Virginia, Jen proves the power of servant leadership each day. Under her incredible leadership and because of her amazing staff, students, and families Sterling Elementary is a thriving school despite facing many day to day challenges.
