  • The Year of Boldness | Pastor Eric & Kristy Upton | The Greatest Job In The World!
    2026/05/11

This week at Kingdom Culture, Pastor Eric continues our "The Year of Boldness" series with a message titled "The Greatest Job In The World" with special guest, Kristina Upton.

In this message we learn that discipleship requires a bold, singular focus on the Holy Spirit over human jealousy or fear, empowering believers to view their faith as the "greatest job" even in the face of opposition. The transformation focus is to move from passive or "presumptuous" living toward active surrender, where one daily crucifies the flesh to be led by Jesus in every sphere of life. This week's scripture we go over:

    Acts 5:17-26

17 But the high priest rose up, and all who were with him (that is, the party of the Sadducees), and filled with jealousy 18 they arrested the apostles and put them in the public prison. 19 But during the night an angel of the Lord opened the prison doors and brought them out, and said, 20 “Go and stand in the temple and speak to the people all the words of this Life.” 21 And when they heard this, they entered the temple at daybreak and began to teach.

Now when the high priest came, and those who were with him, they called together the council, all the senate of the people of Israel, and sent to the prison to have them brought. 22 But when the officers came, they did not find them in the prison, so they returned and reported, 23 “We found the prison securely locked and the guards standing at the doors, but when we opened them we found no one inside.” 24 Now when the captain of the temple and the chief priests heard these words, they were greatly perplexed about them, wondering what this would come to. 25 And someone came and told them, “Look! The men whom you put in prison are standing in the temple and teaching the people.” 26 Then the captain with the officers went and brought them, but not by force, for they were afraid of being stoned by the people.

  • The Year Of Boldness | Doug Rumbold | Shadows and Substance
    2026/05/04

This week at Kingdom Culture, guest soeaker Doug Rumbold continues our "Year of Boldness" series with a message titled "Shadows and Substance"

In this message we learn True spiritual boldness requires believers to abandon a lukewarm, intellectually constrained faith in favor of total surrender to God's miraculous power. This week's scripture we go over:

    Acts 5:12-16 ESV

Now many signs and wonders were regularly done among the people by the hands of the apostles. And they were all together in Solomon’s Portico.None of the rest dared join them, but the people held them in high esteem. And more than ever believers were added to the Lord, multitudes of both men and womenso that they even carried out the sick into the streets and laid them on cots and mats, that as Peter came by at least his shadow might fall on some of them. The people also gathered from the towns around Jerusalem, bringing the sick and those afflicted with unclean spirits, and they were all healed.

  • The Year Of Boldness | Pastor Eric Upton | What does it REALLY mean to fear God?
    2026/04/27

This week at Kingdom Culture, Pastor Eric continues our "The Year of Boldness" series with a message titled "What does it really mean to fear God?"

In this message we learn that true fear of God is not about terror, but about a total heart surrender that replaces hypocrisy with authentic intimacy and boldness. This transformation shifts a believer from seeking the approval of men to living in the manifest glory of God, where spiritual apathy and rebellion are traded for acceptable worship and generational confidence. This week's scripture we go over:

    Acts 5:1-11 ESV

But a man named Ananias, with his wife Sapphira, sold a piece of propertyand with his wife’s knowledge he kept back for himself some of the proceeds and brought only a part of it and laid it at the apostles’ feet. But Peter said, “Ananias, why has Satan filled your heart to lie to the Holy Spirit and to keep back for yourself part of the proceeds of the land? While it remained unsold, did it not remain your own? And after it was sold, was it not at your disposal? Why is it that you have contrived this deed in your heart? You have not lied to man but to God.”When Ananias heard these words, he fell down and breathed his last. And great fear came upon all who heard of it.The young men rose and wrapped him up and carried him out and buried him. After an interval of about three hours his wife came in, not knowing what had happened. And Peter said to her, “Tell me whether you sold the land for so much.” And she said, “Yes, for so much.”But Peter said to her, “How is it that you have agreed together to test the Spirit of the Lord? Behold, the feet of those who have buried your husband are at the door, and they will carry you out.”Immediately she fell down at his feet and breathed her last. When the young men came in they found her dead, and they carried her out and buried her beside her husband. And great fear came upon the whole church and upon all who heard of these things.

  • The Year of Boldness | Pastor Eric Upton | How To Build A Church of Consequence
    2026/04/20

This week at Kingdom Culture, Pastor Eric continues our "The Year of Boldness" series with a message titled "How To Build A Church of Consequence"

In this message we learn that the focus is on transforming the believer from a passive observer into a vessel of "great power and great grace," where sharing one's resources and personal testimony becomes the primary catalyst for community restoration and supernatural impact. This week's scripture we go over:

    Acts 4:33-38 ESV

Now the full number of those who believed were of one heart and soul, and no one said that any of the things that belonged to him was his own, but they had everything in common. And with great power the apostles were giving their testimony to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great grace was upon them all. There was not a needy person among them, for as many as were owners of lands or houses sold them and brought the proceeds of what was soldand laid it at the apostles’ feet, and it was distributed to each as any had need. Thus Joseph, who was also called by the apostles Barnabas (which means son of encouragement), a Levite, a native of Cyprus sold a field that belonged to him and brought the money and laid it at the apostles’ feet.

  • The Year Of Boldness | Eric Upton | Bold Prayer Builds Bold Churches
    2026/04/13

This week at Kingdom Culture, Pastor Eric continues our "The Year of Boldness" series with a special Easter Sunday message titled "There is hope because of an empty tomb!"

In this message we learn how aligning with God's sovereignty and practicing bold, persistent prayer modeled after the early church, believers shift from self-centered living to being empowered vessels for the Holy Spirit to perform signs and wonders. This week's scripture we go over:

    Acts 4:23-31 ESV

When they were released, they went to their friends and reported what the chief priests and the elders had said to them. And when they heard it, they lifted their voices together to God and said, “Sovereign Lord, who made the heaven and the earth and the sea and everything in themwho through the mouth of our father David, your servant, said by the Holy Spirit, “‘Why did the Gentiles rage, and the peoples plot in vain? The kings of the earth set themselves, and the rulers were gathered together, against the Lord and against his Anointed’for truly in this city there were gathered together against your holy servant Jesus, whom you anointed, both Herod and Pontius Pilate, along with the Gentiles and the peoples of Israelto do whatever your hand and your plan had predestined to take place. And now, Lord, look upon their threats and grant to your servants to continue to speak your word with all boldnesswhile you stretch out your hand to heal, and signs and wonders are performed through the name of your holy servant Jesus.”And when they had prayed, the place in which they were gathered together was shaken, and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and continued to speak the word of God with boldness.

  • The Year of Boldness | Pastor Eric Upton | Easter Sunday
    2026/04/06

This week at Kingdom Culture, Pastor Eric continues our "The Year of Boldness" series with a special Easter Sunday message titled "There is hope because of an empty tomb!"

In this message we learn how a genuine encounter with the risen Christ shifts one's faith from merely acknowledging historical facts to a total life surrendered that produces visible, bold transformation. This week's scripture we go over:

    Psalm 22:1-31 ESV

And as they were speaking to the people, the priests and the captain of the temple and the Sadducees came upon them, greatly annoyed because they were teaching the people and proclaiming in Jesus the resurrection from the dead. And they arrested them and put them in custody until the next day, for it was already evening. But many of those who had heard the word believed, and the number of the men came to about five thousand. On the next day their rulers and elders and scribes gathered together in Jerusalem, with Annas the high priest and Caiaphas and John and Alexander, and all who were of the high-priestly family. And when they had set them in the midst, they inquired, “By what power or by what name did you do this?” Then Peter, filled with the Holy Spirit, said to them, “Rulers of the people and elders, if we are being examined today concerning a good deed done to a crippled man, by what means this man has been healed, let it be known to all of you and to all the people of Israel that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom you crucified, whom God raised from the dead—by him this man is standing before you well...

  • The Year of Boldness| Good Friday Service | Pastor Eric Upton
    2026/04/04

This week at Kingdom Culture, Pastor Eric continues our "The Year of Boldness" series with a special Good Friday message titled "Friday was good because we are not."

In this message we uncover how Jesus endured the agony of total separation from the Father on the cross to bridge the gap created by human sin, ensuring believers never have to experience that isolation. This week's scripture we go over:

    Psalm 22:1-31 ESV

My God, my God, why have you forsaken me? Why are you so far from saving me, from the words of my groaning? O my God, I cry by day, but you do not answer, and by night, but I find no rest. Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel. In you our fathers trusted; they trusted, and you delivered them. To you they cried and were rescued; in you they trusted and were not put to shame. But I am a worm and not a man, scorned by mankind and despised by the people. All who see me mock me; they make mouths at me; they wag their heads “He trusts in the LORD; let him deliver him; let him rescue him, for he delights in him! ”Yet you are he who took me from the womb; you made me trust you at my mother’s breasts. On you was I cast from my birth, and from my mother’s womb you have been my God...

  • The Year of Boldness | Pastor Eric Upton | Bold Witness
    2026/03/30

This week at Kingdom Culture, Pastor Eric continues our "The Year of Boldness" series with a message titled "Bold Witness"

In this message we uncover how true spiritual healing requires shifting your focus from the miracle itself to a bold, consistent faith rooted entirely in the person and power of Jesus Christ. This week's scripture we go over:

    Acts 3:11-26 ESV

While he clung to Peter and John, all the people, utterly astounded, ran together to them in the portico called Solomon’s.And when Peter saw it he addressed the people: “Men of Israel, why do you wonder at this, or why do you stare at us, as though by our own power or piety we have made him walk? The God of Abraham, the God of Isaac, and the God of Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified his servant Jesus, whom you delivered over and denied in the presence of Pilate, when he had decided to release him.But you denied the Holy and Righteous One, and asked for a murderer to be granted to youand you killed the Author of life, whom God raised from the dead. To this we are witnesses. And his name—by faith in his name—has made this man strong whom you see and know, and the faith that is through Jesus has given the man this perfect health in the presence of you all.“And now, brothers, I know that you acted in ignorance, as did also your rulers...
