This is the final episode in the three-episode series, unbecoming, where Kay is diving into how she is becoming herself by unbecoming the old version. Once she released the old version of herself, Kay was face-to-face with reflections and prayers that led her to places she never expected. Traumas resurfaced, some that were previously suppressed and "forgotten", and the work began through faith, presence, patience, and love. From operating more in her feminine/soft side to laying it all at God's feet, Kay is sharing the ways she's rebuilding who she is as a changed person.
