What if burnout isn't the end of your story...but the beginning of your awakening?
In this deeply personal episode of The Empowered Empath™, I share the story I never expected to tell, the journey through corporate burnout that ultimately changed the course of my life.
For over 30 years, I built a successful corporate career. From the outside, everything looked like I was moving up. But behind the promotions, increasing responsibility, and constant pressure, I was slowly losing myself.
What began as exhaustion became anxiety.
What became anxiety turned into survival.
And eventually, my body stepped in when I could no longer hear what my intuition had been trying to tell me all along.
In this episode, I share:
- Why burnout is more than simply being overworked.
- How chronic stress disconnects us from ourselves.
- The warning signs I ignored for far too long.
- The spiritual meaning I found after breaking my sacrum during one of the most difficult seasons of my life.
- How leaving a career without another job lined up became one of the most aligned decisions I've ever made.
If you've been questioning your career, feeling emotionally exhausted, or wondering why nothing seems to restore your energy, I hope this conversation reminds you of one simple truth:
Burnout is not failure. It's information.
Sometimes our soul whispers.
Sometimes it nudges.
And sometimes it gets loud enough that we can longer ignore it.
