This is my attempt at being honest and vulnerable with Autistic diagnosis and experience in education. I feel like there's not enough conversation in the educational community about neurodivergent teachers, so let's get into it. Part one of money, I'm sure.

I listened to an episode of Cult of Pedagogy that had me up on my own soapbox about the things I have been trying to advocate for in these 10 years of teaching: the need for a cultural adjustment to more restorative practices in education.
